White Lotus Home (formerly white Lotus Futon) has been a New Brunswick fixture for many years. I bought the couch from them because of their reputation and the high quality of the furniture they sell. Although I bought the futon several years ago, they continue to provide excellent customer service. I have returned to obtain extra hardware and once to have the couch repaired, and each time they have bent over backwards to help me. They truly stand behind the products they sell. They also have a really outstanding variety of upholstery fabrics and styles. The prices are definitely higher than what you would pay at a generic futon store, but you are paying for the high quality workmanship, materials and customer service. They are also an environmentally-friendly business, don't use toxic chemicals and handcraft the futons in-house. Even after more than 5 years, our futon is still firm and comfortable to sit or sleep on. There's just no comparison -- they are the best.
