WonderWoman Cleaning Service

WonderWoman Cleaning Service was terrific. Dan came on short notice and did a great job. He was prompt, professional, open to what we wanted, and did more than we expected. We opted for only a light cleaning, their cheapest product, but Dan did a super thorough job, getting up all the dog hair, kids mess, and leaving a spotless bathroom. The stove was so clean that when our four-year-old came home he exclaimed, "Why did you get a new stove?!" Even when I explained that the cleaners had come in, he insisted the stove must be brand new. I would recommend WonderWoman to anyone. They are bonded and insured, and you can’t go wrong.

Have never had to warn anyone online until now. Joined Angie's List specifically to tell you to avoid WWCS. We are pleasant folks who never wish to speak ill of anyone, but you must know that Wonder Woman Cleaning Service is horrible. Dan is very disorganized, unprofessional, and does not understand constructive criticism when he and his team leave a house with no rooms completely surface cleaned- and 3 rooms untouched- that should have had a deep cleaning. Web site lists surface and deep cleaning. Asked for deep cleaning and two rugs shampooed in addition to a Groupon for 5 hrs surface cleaning to start. Four out of seven rooms had an incomplete surface cleaning and minimal evidence of deep cleaning. Everything was wiped quickly, nothing was actually scrubbed clean anywhere. We had pre-cleaned, removing clutter, even taking baseboards off ahead of time, yet the excuse was that our house was too filthy. When presented with photos, Dan said (among worse things), "I'm tired of your excuses. You are full of them." Very unprofessional. This after delaying the appt. for 4 days and then rushing out of our house after 1.5hrs. and an incomplete job. Beyond ironic. Had to delay a realtor photo shoot as a result of the delays, and not so much as an apology. Clearly not interested in customer service. We hate to see a small business suffer, but we do not want others to suffer. Wish we had looked at the other bad reviews online to save us the stress. Please do not make the mistake we did by hiring WWCS.

House was filthy- Looks like only spot cleaning was done if anything at all. Floors were filthy, baseboards weren't touched, windows dirty (I paid extra for that), fans covered in dust, vents not dusted, obvious spider webs. One hallway wasn't touched at all- dead bugs found! I tried to contact after but never heard back and check was cashed immediately. Worst $400 I've spent in a long time.

Dan and his team are extremely professional and I have been using their services for the past many months and I am extremely happy to the detailed cleaning they do. They are so patient and never in a rush and I have not had to tell them to do something. They go over and beyond and I cannot be more happier. Engage their services and you will never be disappointed.

Elizabeth and Dan provide weekly cleanings for us. My wife and I have been extremely pleased by the quality and attention to detail in their service. They always ask if they can do better as their customer service is outstanding. They are also very reasonable priced.
