"Michael had previously done work for us, renovating two bathrooms, that we absolutely love. So when it was time to redo other rooms of the house, we knew he wouldn’t disappoint. In addition to being skilled, knowledgeable, and professional, he is a genuinely good guy. He offers his expert advice, but doesn’t overstep to disregard your vision. Doing multiple rooms at once is stressful, but we were in good hands with Michael and his crew. What a great group of guys! We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen, family room, and basement! "I’ve been a customer of Wilber’s for several years. Up till now I’ve always found them to be reasonable in price, professional, reliable and trustworthy. I don’t know what’s happened but, they are no longer the company they used to be. I recently hired Wilbers to repair a loose newel post at the bottom of my stairs. When Danny the estimator came he explained that it might be an easy fix or more involved if they needed to install a new 4X4 interior post. Though I requested that he provide estimates for both scenarios he only sent the estimate for the worst case scenario. I let that go because I trusted that they would do the right thing should it prove to be an easy fix. When they arrived it turned out that all that was needed was to replace the wooden board in the basement with a 2 ft. 2x4 and tighten the bolt that runs inside the post. The workers were here for 1 hour and for this Wilber’s decided that a fair price was $820. It seemed absolutely outrageous to me that they would charge me $820 to tighten a bolt so I tried reaching out to Wilber 3 times and asked that he call me back to discuss. Well he never called me back. I can only assume that he knows full well that he did is wrong and is unable to justify his outrageous pricing. It’s sad that Wilber thinks this is how you should treat a loyal customer and it’s certainly disappointing to discover what an unprofessional and unethical person he is. I certainly will never utilize the services of Wilbers ever again and I would caution anyone thinking of hiring them to think twice. Wilber is a man that lacks integrity and therefore someone you cannot trust to do business with."

"Had to reschedule my original appointment due to their late arrival for the first scheduled time. The office admin was helpful in taking care of that. Once they did arrive on a later date, the work was done quickly, efficiently and of high-quality. I will consider them for an additional project in the future."

"Unprofessional. A complete and total disappointment. Mike was supposed to stain and match my cabinet finish and the color was way off, and he kept trying to convince me that the colors matched. Mike didn't arrive prepared with any tools or material, not even a screwdriver! Mike argued with his assistant the whole time. Mike and assistant went on a 3 hour lunch break, and ended up working on my cabinets until 9am, and didn't finish!! Mike returned alone the following day, I shared that I was unhappy with the quality of the work, he hung my cabinets, and did not properly secure then to the beams, and I could not put anything in the cabinets. I shared with him that the project was not satisfactory and he stated "when women start to complain, I have to leave, I can't listen to women complain". I had to pay another contractor to come in an take down the cabinets and re-install them securely. See the picture posted. The 2 long middle wall cabinets are lighter than the rest of the cabinets, they stand out. Don't hire this person, it's not worth it."

"Do not hire him m. He is a scam artist. He will take advance money from you for work but then will never show up or answer your call. He did some bathroom remodeling work but that was also horrible. Again he is a scam. Be very careful with him"
