They actually maintain our Lawn on a regular basis, but they accommodate my needs, they don't require me to sign a regularly scheduled service. They come when I need them. They also do my Annual Clean ups for Spring and Fall. I would give them a 6 on the Value. I have recommended them to several Friends, Colleagues, and family members.
