Ken (I think was his name) arrived on time and went right to work. He was very professional and did a fine job. Also I believe he took the time to do the job right. He made sure everything worked well and checked for water leaks etc. He even changed my inline filter and explained how it should be done and that I should replace the seals on it. He did not have to do that. He went the extra step for the customer which I appreciate very much. He made sure the work areas were all clean before leaving. I hate to keep repeating myself in these reviews but Angie's List did it again. I had a great contractor that cared to do a very good job. Thanks again Thessen Services. Also, thanks Fred.

I called the plumber to have the heater expansion tank replaced. Fred Thessen arrived at the time he said he would. He explained what he was going to do, was polite, provided a fair price and did a very good job.

On all three occasions that I used the services of this company everything went very well. I was always able to reach Fred Thessen by phone to make an appointment and he always arrived punctually within the time frame. His work was thorough and efficient. He is the kind of person who takes great pride in doing an excellent job. He is very reliable and pleasant to deal with as well as knowledgeable and honest.
