+ -1 moreKen returned our initial call quickly and was right on time when he came to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his description of the job and what to expect. He gave us a price without any hidden extras. Ken and his assistant did the entire house in the timeframe agreed to and left it as orderly as when they came. The only complaint is that Ken was unable to keep his original date with us due to a last-minute medical situation. He called apologetically that morning, and we understood. We rescheduled for the following morning, but I recommended that he make it a policy to call his clients the night before to reconfirm - just like any other professional would do. He agreed. My husband and I were so pleased with the work Ken and his assistant did, that we would not hesitate to call on him again.
Description of Work: Ken and his assistant began by moving furniture where needed to reach the registers. They carefully removed, cleaned, and sealed each register grill. They inserted specially built tools into the ducts to dislodge debris that might be stuck to interior surfaces. They applied negative air pressure through a powerful vacuum to remove loose built-up dust inside the ducts, and thoroughly cleaned the central heating/cooling unit, including the evaporator coil and condensation pan. When finished the grill of each register was put back in place and the furniture moved back to its original place.
