+ -1 moreThe first visit diagnostics were run and I was told I had a virus. My hard disk was wiped clean and the PC given back to me. The PC worked for about two days and then the computer kept going powering down into sleep mode. The same problem I originally had. I brought the PC back to Affordable and they ran stress tests on the PC for a few days. When the tests were finished I was told to come pick up my PC. However, when I came to the shop no one could tell me if the PC was now working properly! I was not charged for the second visit, but when I got home the PC was still not working!
Description of Work: Provided diagnostic services to understand why our desktop kept going into sleep mode.

+ -1 moreSteve was able to look at immediately as I waited and then replaced the unit. My only concern was that when I got it home, I had to open up the case as there were 2 loose connections. I called the store when I first discovered the problem and was advised on what the problem could be. Easy fix and everything was fine.
Description of Work: Power Supply needed replaced on a desktop computer.
