This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. Unfortunately when Eric and the crew began replacing the skylights they observed severe rot in the shingles and in the wood under the shingles. Eric showed me all the evidence of the rot and we agreed that I had to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Once I got over the shock of the unexpected cost, I agreed to have the work done. The next day Royal Pro had a crew of about 10 people beginning the work. The crew did the job in two days. They took care to move all the outdoor furniture and plant and covered my deck and driveway. They brought in the dumpster and off to work they went. And while on the roof the crew took care of various odds and ends at no additional cost. I wholeheartedly recommend Eric and the Royal Pro Construction team.

Our roof was leaking, Eric got on the job very quickly, but it soon became apparent that the roof was too rotted to repair. In addition the chimney was coming apart, and the soffits around the entire house had no vent holes. Despite the bad weather the guys took care of the entire job and our house is now leakproof with a proper ridge vent, soffits and gutters, and a nicely repaired chimney.

I used Royal pro to re-roof my entire roof. They removed the old tile and replaced it with beautiful cement tiles. During all aspects of the job they were professional and courteous. Eric was always available to me for any questions I had and keeping me informed of all aspects of the job. Their pricing was very reasonable and honest. During the teardown Eric team explained to me what they were doing and what they found that needed repair. I have only praise for this company and everyone that worked on my roof. From now on they will be the only roofing company I will use. I highly recommend them.

We had a leak coming into our house from the roof during a big rainstorm on a Monday. I called several roofers and only Royal Pro Construction back to me. Their guy came to give us an estimate while the rain was still coming down and by Tuesdayt morning at 9 AM they were already repairing the roof. It was finished the same day. The worker was very good and conscientious. He did a great job and was friendly. With the covid virus going around we were concerned but he wore a mask and gloves and didn't touch anything inside the house. Highly recommended.

I canâ t say enough good things about the customer service of this company. We went with them solely for this reason although we couldâ ve gone for cheaper companies. Eric was really awesome to work with from the beginning. Heâ s friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They always showed up exactly when they said they would which is huge for us because we have busy schedules. Also, we had a small issue that needed them to come back after the crew had finished the job and they followed through and came back and kept their word. Iâ m impressed and thankful!

Royal Pro Construction was the best company I ever dealt with. From a total roof replacement including plywood to gutter repair. They explained every detail and completed the work fasts. I trust this company and will use them for all my other construction needs.

From the start to the finish they were amazing! Eric was always available to answer any of my questions before the process even started. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and we are thrilled with how our roof looks! When the crew came and got started they were also very professional, very hard working, and cleaned up everything! Eric came back a few times after it was completed to see if he could pick up any additional nails or smaller pieces that might have been missed. I would/will highly recommend them to anyone I know! Any future projects we can do with them, we will.

Iâ ve used Eric and his crew twice for roof repairs in different areas. Each time he is very responsive, on time, and his crew completed work within the day. They cleaned the area afterwards well. I would highly recommend!! He has been very flexible and accommodating. Very high quality work!! After a year, no leaks at all, which is why we used him again. We have been absolutely impressed with our overall experience with Royal Pro Construction. Our roof was in need of full replacement.They came at the time and took care of everything. Afterward, they made sure that everything was picked up around my house, insured no nails or anything were hidden anywhere, and showed me the changes that were made. The roof looks great, too! I'm very pleased with the work that Eric and his team did and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.
