Work started to replace the roof which meant removing the cedar shakes. This makes a mess but they were great about protecting the interior and cleaning up. In the course of the roof repair Eric identified the water leak as cracks in the chimney. The entire 98 year old chimney and fireplace were replaced, excellent workmanship. Next on that was replacing the crumbing steps to the side entrance and changing the layout so that you could walk to the back or front of the house. Then a siding job with Hardie Plank cement siding was decided upon. One day into the job Eric discussed the need to change the work to include stripping all the old siding, putting down new plywood, then the siding. Now into winter weather I can say that the previous drafts inside the house during windy weather are no longer present. The house is much more comfortable. The siding work was excellent, the house looks like new. Finally it was recommended to have stone placed below the siding instead of the painted cement wall. That and redoing the patio and walkway with bluestone were done. Masonry work is outstanding. In summary I would definitely recommend this company. Eric has good ideas, is quick to recognize if changes are needed. You can expect quality workmanship done in a timely manner. If you have questions Eric will get back to you quickly. I would like to add that they are very good about clean-up when the job is done.

Eric was a a positive representative for the company. Although we had some issues he was eager to work with us to resolve them. I will add photos of the finished product for reference.

Our roof was leaking, Eric got on the job very quickly, but it soon became apparent that the roof was too rotted to repair. In addition the chimney was coming apart, and the soffits around the entire house had no vent holes. Despite the bad weather the guys took care of the entire job and our house is now leakproof with a proper ridge vent, soffits and gutters, and a nicely repaired chimney.

I used Royal pro to re-roof my entire roof. They removed the old tile and replaced it with beautiful cement tiles. During all aspects of the job they were professional and courteous. Eric was always available to me for any questions I had and keeping me informed of all aspects of the job. Their pricing was very reasonable and honest. During the teardown Eric team explained to me what they were doing and what they found that needed repair. I have only praise for this company and everyone that worked on my roof. From now on they will be the only roofing company I will use. I highly recommend them.

We had a leak coming into our house from the roof during a big rainstorm on a Monday. I called several roofers and only Royal Pro Construction back to me. Their guy came to give us an estimate while the rain was still coming down and by Tuesdayt morning at 9 AM they were already repairing the roof. It was finished the same day. The worker was very good and conscientious. He did a great job and was friendly. With the covid virus going around we were concerned but he wore a mask and gloves and didn't touch anything inside the house. Highly recommended.

I canâ t say enough good things about the customer service of this company. We went with them solely for this reason although we couldâ ve gone for cheaper companies. Eric was really awesome to work with from the beginning. Heâ s friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They always showed up exactly when they said they would which is huge for us because we have busy schedules. Also, we had a small issue that needed them to come back after the crew had finished the job and they followed through and came back and kept their word. Iâ m impressed and thankful!

Royal Pro Construction was the best company I ever dealt with. From a total roof replacement including plywood to gutter repair. They explained every detail and completed the work fasts. I trust this company and will use them for all my other construction needs.

From the start to the finish they were amazing! Eric was always available to answer any of my questions before the process even started. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and we are thrilled with how our roof looks! When the crew came and got started they were also very professional, very hard working, and cleaned up everything! Eric came back a few times after it was completed to see if he could pick up any additional nails or smaller pieces that might have been missed. I would/will highly recommend them to anyone I know! Any future projects we can do with them, we will.
