The contractor was very prompt and very good communicator. He gave me options for materials to control the cost of the repair. He kept his appointment and completed the work promptly. We were able to solve and negotiate any misunderstandings. He cares for his business and will not abandon the client.

We set up the appointment for an estimate. They arrived on time looked over the project, discussed a few things and give an estimated cost for the project. A week later the project was completed and i was satisfied. I would definitely use this company again.

I had my chimney flashing changed. Erick and his crew did the work neatly and efficiently. Erick called when he had to change the day, but came next day as promised. There was more work that needed to be done when he got up onto my roof. Told me how much it was going to be. The price seemed fair. Started some of the work same day and are coming back today to finish. They ve done a great job so far. Thank you Royal Pro.

Great job done by a wonderful crew including Erick the owner. These guys really put in an old-fashioned hard day's work. Clean-up just about flawless - not one bit of debris left behind. Very pleased!

He completed my roof in a timely manner. In addition, he informed me that I had another problem that was not part of my job. Now that I know about it I can make plans to get it done.

I think they did a nice job but I thought they were expensive.

Erick was very available for any questions that I had. I hired him for a new and added gutters at the last minute.

I needed some roof repairs performed, including color matching some previously repaired shingles. Erick did a very professional job, and even went out of his way to obtain better matching shingles and come back to finish the job. I will definitely contact him again if I need any more service on my roof.

Best roofing company that I ve ever worked with . Erick and his team came early in the morning started the roof , they replaced 4 sheets of plywood at no extra cost . The roof looks beautiful now .

Did not see cracks in chimneys nor discussed need for Caps on visit for estimate..... so was an unexpected additional cost

Erick spent 2 hours going over the materials and the correct materials to use on a roof replacement. The installation was completed in a professional manner and they cleaned up after the job was competed . Very happy with the way the job was competed
