Marshall's Moving Service

Everything was fine and there was no real issues. I would use them again. They were good guys and they were slow coming to the facility.

Marshall's was okay. I think the price was a little much for the hour and 45 minutes or hour and a half that they were here. He just talked too much. .

They were okay. They quoted us over the phone. They didn't come to the house for the quote. It was a 2 bedroom house and we were moving to a 3 story Tudor. We kind of explained the number of boxes and he gave me a number. It ended up being a lot more than he had originally quoted. They also broke one of our tables and they took it back to one of their warehouses to repair it but then we were unable to get in touch with to get the table back. I kept calling and calling and eventually they brought it back.

Everything ended up exactly where it belonged. Eddie and his team provided wonderful service. Took a stressful day and turned it into a breeze! Thanks so much!

This was the third time we used their service. They are fantastic. There was a total of 4 workers. One person packed and wrapped everything. They are very neat. We moved about 500 miles and there were a lot of steps. Not one single complaint from the workers. I highly recommend their service.

When I first called him he gave me a quote over the phone (not written) and I thought that the quote was about $3300 but later he said it was more like $3700. He was nice enough to hold everything for me for a day though and he was very patient with my date changes. They did a good job with the move too. We even bought the guys lunch and tipped them because they worked very hard and we were happy with the work.

Through out my career I have moved many many times and I have to say that Bruce and his crew were the best movers I have ever worked with.

Bruce was on time for the on site estimate, but unfortunately his quote was about 50% higher than the amount quoted from 2 other movers. Surprisingly, there was no negotiating the price, so I declined to do business with Marshall's.

They were very pleasant and did a great job. There was only one broken cable and they forgot to drop off my bike seat and frame. They were excellent and returned the parts in a few days. They worked hard and were very honest.

We had an absolutely terrific experience with Bruce from estimating the costs, executing a local move from Chester NJ to Florham Park, NJ while also simultaneously handling a large long distance move from Chester NJ to Tampa, Florida. Bruce and his team did a fantastic job. The entire team had tons of experience and were true professionals in terms of preparing for the move(s), executing the move(s) and treating us as clients with the utmost respect and courtesy during what was a hectic time. Finally, the pricing was right and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing to move and would absolutely use them again myself.

Don't bother to call them if you do not live very close to their office and are also planning to move someplace near to their office. I appreciate their honesty, but they are obviously a small company and don't do much interstate moving.

I called Marshall's Movers for a moving quote - I left my information with the receptionist and she said Bruce would call me back by the end of the day. That was a week ago; I never heard from him. I do not need to chase the guy down to give him my business, there are plenty of good companies out there that are responsive and respectful of my time and money. Will obviously not be giving Marshall's a try!

Fantastic. Met with Bruce for the estimate. Was a good price but I ended up paying even less when the job was done. He was very accomodating when I changed moving date, twice. Excellent crew of three who obviously know their craft. Took great care moving the items. They showed up early and worked hard. A well oiled machine for sure. Would not hesitate to use their services if needed in the future and would recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for a moving company.

They did a very careful job, maneuvering it through an extremely cramped space. They came promptly and were efficient, courteous and professional.

It went well. They were responsible, prompt and careful. They cleaned up after themselves. I got several estimates and although they were a little bit more than the least expensive one they were not the most expensive. I chose them because they responded to my call promptly and gave me an estimate without caveats. The apartment building manager knew the company and also stated they had a good experience with them.

good experience. had to move my mother out of her house and into a senior apartment. movers provided boxes for packing and were very nice to work with. they took great care of our belongings and nothing was broken or missing. delivery was on time would definitely use them again.

These guys were amazing!!! Bruce, the owner, provided a quote and the final cost was right on target. They showed up early (believe it or not) and did a very professional job. Furniture was handled carefully - even shrinkwapped. The movers were very polite and helpful. I was extremely happy with their service. I would highly recommend them.

Bruce gave us a very fair estimate and while he was not the least expensive, other movers did not give us the confidence on our household items getting to it's destination in one piece and could not guarantee the delivery date we needed. Marshals moving arrived at exactly at the time they specified to our house in NJ. They packed everything very carefully and even tied back a tree limb in our driveway so it was in the way of our furniture when it was loaded in the truck. The team at Marshall's moving worked like a well oiled machine to load and unload the truck at our final destination in SC without a scratch to our belongings. They were a pleasure to deal with and we liked the fact that they are family owned and run. We would not hesitate to use them again.
