Rich is professional, courteous, and prompt in returning calls to discuss the work and answer any questions. He will always make it a point to stop by to assess the job prior to scheduling. Likewise, Pat and his team are also all professional, friendly, and courteous throughout our interactions this time and in the past. They performed the work in an efficient manner and cleaned and put everything back in place upon completion. Pat also provided me with some tips and maintenance pointers to ensure peak system performance. We also appreciated the prompt follow up call for a small adjustment needed for a temperature setting in the shower kit. Once again, we felt they did an excellent job overall. We would highly recommend Hawthorne Mechanical to anyone that needs the range of services they offer.
Description of Work: Bathroom tub and shower kit installation and a new gas hot water heater.
