Kevin Tode, the arborist, was very professional and easy to work with. Crew showed up on time, were also professional and cleaned up the yard better than when they showed up in the morning. They did a wonderful job on pruning my trees. They look so healthy now.

Excellent job clearing and stumping three massive trees on my property, completed everything in a day as they came in with massive crew. Make sure Russ is running the site, he was professional and executed on what was promised 100%. He makes sure the site is running safe and clean. Even came back to put my fence together as promised. They had the mulch I wanted at a good price. They came within a couple of days. The delivery man dropped it right where I wanted it.

it went very well, they cut down & trimmed trees, and removed all the shrubs and bushes that I wanted removed and cleaned up after. they did a great job I was very satisfied, the cost was reasonable, I definitely would hire them again.

I called multiple times, left voicemails for Mike and spoke to the office twice over twice several weeks. I was told by the office that Mike handles his own scheduling, not the office, and he would call me, or the office would call, once I was “put on the schedule.” Never herald back from them. Total waste of my time

The tree was dangerously split and wedged between our garden shed and fence. They did a great job. We would definitely recommend them.

They were very responsive and arranged a schedule fro deliver, were on time, great to work with and the quality of the double-grind mulch was excellent. I would use them again, and plan to do exacrly that.

I ended up not using Downes, but wanted to write a review on Scott and how thorough he was during the quote. He was very nice and helpful and responded quickly after the first appointment was missed. He was able to answer all the questions I had. I will keep them in mind for future work.

Office workers Tom (initial estimate) and Carly (scheduling etc) were responsive and professional. Workers lead by Pablo were on time , professional, and did whatever I asked. There were obstacles like multiple windows, gutters, and the pool and nothing was damaged. I would recommend without hesitation.

Overall was satisfied with the work done. There was a miscommunication with my husband, he said to stop pruning at the fence but I wanted it extended to the front yard, they came back and finished the front without charging extra. The tree stump removal is a different crew and I had to call back to have them come out to remove the stump, I would have preferred that all be arranged on their end. End result was as wanted.
