This install went so smooth. Bob from Prpfessional Water Technology worked directly with my plumber,which is MarGo Plumbing from Cedar Grove. (MarGo Pluming is also on Angie's List.) Bob provided the water softener and salt and MarGo did the hookup. I was so pleased that they called each other and worked together. I did not have to go between the two of them. I was actually out of the loop!! Job was completed and all went well.

I have always been concerned about my drinking water and wanted to limit carrying heavy bottles from the store to home. When I consulted with Robert at PWT, I not only learned about having the best safe water for drinking, but also for cooking, cleaning fruits and veggies, showering and filling any appliances like the humidifier I use in the the winter months. He was thorough about explaining how different systems work and which one would suit my needs and my house design the best. I love my reverse osmosis system and now consider it a necessity in a world where water polution is a major problem. Once a year Robert comes to service my system and is always friendly, punctual and informative. He also put a filtering system on my shower which takes out the chlorine, and he showed me how to change those filters myself. I highly recommend using this service!
