Terrific service. Installed counter tops sooner than they estimated. The counter tops were exactly as advertised. Installation was perfect. When another contractor damaged the counter top, Moore Stone returned to the apartment and repaired them at no charge. I highly recommend this company for high-quality work, expertly manufactured, professionally installed, and a great value for the money.

The entire experience was an absolute pleasure! Both Lina and CJ answered all of our questions and disclosed all costs (some added because of our own additional modifications�.)�. at every step of the project. They really understood our budget constraints and tried to help us stay within it. The final proposal was accurate with no hidden surprises or additional costs! End Result: We now have a beautiful new Kitchen complete with cabinets (from a different vendor), custom made granite Countertops, a new under mount Kitchen sink and Granite and Tile Backsplashes all around! Let me start by saying that Moore Stone, Inc. has the best customer service hands down. They work with you to find the perfect stone, answer any/all of your questions, and are available for those last minute questions. They are professional and a pleasure to deal with - a rarity to say the least. I live in an old building in Manhattan, and my kitchen walls are anything but straight. They made a very careful template, cut the stone to fit my walls, and didn't rely on the caulk to fill in gaps - the stone fit exactly. I am delighted with my counters! They are beautiful. I will definitely use them again!

Customer service was second to none! Lina at Moore Stone contacted me the day I filled out the request at Service Magic and kept in touch through completion of the project.
