Debbie's Cleaning Service

Decent cleaning although you have to be vigilant. Like most cleaning companies, they do an awesome job the first few times but the quality starts to wane unless you keep on them. It might be human nature but still annoying. The only real issue I have is with scheduling. It's not very flexible and most times I am not given enough notice to prepare. Everyone knows we have to clean before the cleaning lady comes. LOL. I prefer to be home when they are cleaning so they don't have a key which makes it more difficult but it's what I feel comfortable with. I am usually in a room they don't clean either watching TV or on the computer and don't bother them. I just want to know a week or even a few days in advance when they will be coming. I also want some consideration when the date that is offered is for some reason not acceptable. I wouldn't even mind if I was told they would always come on the same date every month. as long as Debbie could be flexible when that date presents a conflict. It is a customer service oriented business and sometimes I feel like Debbie is not as on top of it as she should be. It usually works out but it takes a lot of emails back and forth. Sometimes too many. She might be a "one man band" as they say but it's not always conducive to happy customers if she doesn't respond to emails and phones calls promptly regarding scheduling or issues because she is unavailable. The bottom line is that the cleaning is pretty good and my team are nice, honest women. The customer service and responsiveness could be improved a lot and the scheduling could be handled a lot better as well.

My mother lives downstairs from me and I hired Debbie's Cleaning Service to help clean up where my mother lives. Their cleaning is good, they did a good job. The only problem was that if we needed them or if my mother needed to ask them a question it was hard to get a hold of them. They were pretty much on time but they did come a couple hours late a few times. The price was really not unreasonable.

They are local. We had it every week, but we now have it for every two weeks. It's $105 for every two weeks. We are satisfied with their service. The price seems like a fair price. I would use their services in the future too. In fact, they are going to come tomorrow.
