Description of Work: Came very late on day after the the storm. My wife and I had to dig ourselves out a total of 110 feet of driveway, I'm 73 and my wife is younger. Can't give her age. We did repeatedly call and received many promises. The snowplow did arrive until after 5:30pm after we had already picked up our son at the train station. We have hired someone else.

Description of Work: Called Greg based on all the good reviews here on Angie's list, however things did not go well. Spoke with Greg on phone about getting some drainage work done in my front yard. He came over when he said and gave an estimate a week later. Price was great $4500 and so I booked him for the job. A week passed after I booked Greg and I did not here from him so I emailed him. He responded quickly to my email and he told me was "swamped" with work. I told him no problem I understand, and he advised he would be coming the following week. Next week came and a no show with no communication. Sent another email, he apologized and promised he would be at my house the next week. Once again a no show without any communication. It was at that time I cancelled the job. Was very disappointed that he did not keep his word.
