+ -1 moreWe first used Joe Rowe from Rock Doctor in Dec 2021 to repair a ceiling destroyed by a leak as well as several other a few wall holes. His work was excellent and because of that we have just called him back to repair that same hall ceiling after another plumbing disaster. We again look forward to working with Joe.

+ -1 moreRUN FROM THIS CONTRACTOR...Joe called and would not announce himself or his business and I hung up on him thinking he was a telemarketer or a Scam. He called me back 5 times and I did not answer, so on the last call he berated me and said I "summoned" him and that I owed him an apology. Crazy nut job! I would NEVER allow him near me or my home. I called back and left a message in which I told him to be professional when calling possible clients and announce himself accordingly, and also suggested he take some much needed anger management classes. I have never heard someone rant and rave about a person hanging up on who they thought was a scammer. Disgusting attitude and appalling message, must have been raised by wolves.

+ -1 moreHe was late, smelled like alcohol, had an old truck that was spewing black smoke....like straight out of a movie. I let him give me a quote (which was higher than the 2 others I received), but never seriously considered using him.
