We hired Bill at HPC to install a radon remediation system required for the sale of our house. From the first time I called him, he was very responsive and returned all of my calls quickly. I told him that we needed this done quickly so we could move ahead with the closing; he came out a day after I called him for an on-site evaluation, got me a proposal a day later, and had the system installed within a week. His final cost was exactly what he quoted, even though he had to do extensive sealing of cracks in the basement slab. After he installed the system, the radon levels came back almost undetectable! He was also very attentive and responsive to my e-mails and calls when we were struggling with the township to get the permits in a timely manner, and his work passed inspection with no problem. I would absolutely recommend HPC for radon remediation work.

The owner is wonderfully personable. He tells me exactly what he's doing and what can I expect, and what to look forward to if there are problems. I think he's reasonably priced and there's no surprise. I will absolutely continue to use him in the future.

He had done some other repair work for someone else and once we discovered he did repair as well as pest control treatment we just used him. We actually had used him for a number of years. I guess we met him through another contractor. We've been really pleased with his service. He was professional, timely, responsive and helpful. If we needed something we will call him.
