Job was scheduled promptly, workers were on time and courteous. The house was cleaned very well and the gutter staining was removed. Have used A. Pattulo previously and the work has been consistently good.

They were very good. They are reliable and will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job. I have been using them for years and will use them in the future.

While his responsiveness was good, the estimate was very high and he blamed traffic for arriving late. He not call to let me know he was going to be late. The situation was not handled professionally and I have since gone with a different provider for the power washing.

Scheduling was difficult but it was mostly because the weather did not cooperate for applying finish to deck but they did keep in touch to let us know their scheduling difficulties. The power washing of house and the shed was great and the house was shining. This is the second time they have power washed our house and both times we were very happy. I would have liked them to have spent more time sanding the spots on the deck that needed it before applying the finish however. They were neat and courteous.

I used them maybe last May or June. I will give them an A for they were good. The guy was professional, the owner came out, then his crew came out, and they did the actual power wash. They did the fantastic job, great people, and the bonus was they stand my window for after cleaned. I thought their price was extremely fair. What the people know is that if I will use them again, they should give them a call and get a price quote from them, so, they will be presently surprised. Their price is very good. I will give them an A because I got another quote. I ended up spending with them for a total of $300 and people said I have a very large 2-story and 40 square feet house for their price which is very reasonable.
