The Roof Wizard

They called me immediately after my search on Angie's list and came out pretty fast to give us an estimate. I got two additional estimates before deciding to go with Roof Wizards. I tried repeatedly to get them to call me back to schedule the cleaning, but they did not return my call for two weeks. When they finally did, they left a message that they could do the work on Friday after thanksgiving. I called them back and asked if it was possible to get it done before thanksgiving. They still haven't called me back. TERRIBLE scheduling and communications. I can't judge their work because they never performed any.

My husband and I could not be happier with the great and professional job the Roof Wizard crew did. Starting with the immediate follow-up from Angies List, to the young lady that took my call to schedule the appt down to the Sat morn crew that came all the way out to us. Our house looks great! Even my window sills are cleaner. The guys were right on time and honestly could not have been nicer!

The guys did a great job on our shore home which had not been power washed in a couple of years. They also water washed the decks and our teak furniture which looks brand new. They were on time, professional and polite. We plan to use them again.

Went great they did a good job cleaning...only thing I was disappointed in is that they did not put deck back in order the way they found it.left it for me to do

I spoke with the owner John who sent Bob out immediately to assess the job and provide an estimate. Staff members John and Kenny arrived this morning as scheduled and provided the service as planned. We were more than happy with the service and were pleased with the professionalism of all those involved. The work was done in approximately 2 hours and the staff left the property clean and neat when the job was completed. We would highly recommend this service.

I came home to a nice clean outside. Had a dinner party this past weekend and they all commented on how great the pool deck and composite deck looked - if they saw the mold/algae on the siding of the house before they would have been impressed with that too. The price was more than other quotes but felt it was worth it and the solution they used is supposed to prvent algae from forming again quickly.

We shopped and received four estimates, Dustin's estimate was accurate and provided higher grade roofing tile. (No gimmick and kept his word) He and his crew were on time, professional and courteous and respected our property. He final invoice matched the estimate to the penny. Due to "Sandy" a number of homes in the neighbor required roof replacement , I must say ours looks the Best!

John did an outstanding job making my concrete patio look brand new. The quality of work and cleaning was remarkable. It was clear they took their time to ensure a thorough pressure wash and cleaning.

They did an excellent job - the house looks brand new again. This is so much better than the pressure washing I've had in the past.

When I called for an estimate, the owner himself showed up the next day. He offered a fair price for the work that needed to be done. We left the work date open due to the weather. The very first weekend they called for good weather he called me to set up a date and time. They showed up at exactly the time he said. He and his crew worked over 3 hours on the roof and house, with special attention being paid to a large section of my gutters that were severely stained. I am so very pleased with how everything turned out. My house looks great! In a time that I was truly doubting customer service and tired of paying for services only to be disappointed, Roof Wizard changed my mind! I WILL have them back when needed and would highly recommend them!!

They showed up at the time of the appointment and completed the work. They were completely professional and they did an excellent job. the roof, house, driveway and sidewalks look brand-new. I had awful algae stains on my roof and siding that had to be cleaned. I obtained a few estimates and did my research. John, the owner of Roof Wizards was referred to me. He came out promptly and gave me a reasonable estimate. We had the work done a few days ago and my house looks brand new! John is very professional and meticulous in his work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them in the future.
