Description of Work: When I first contacted Ron, about remodeling a bathroom, he was very responsive. He came to my home and shortly afterwards sent me a proposal; that was the end of August.

Description of Work: 500 sq ft addition.

Description of Work: Removed failing brick steps. Replaced with composite steps and deck.

Description of Work: Ron and his team demo'd and replaced our exterior siding, replaced windows, installed new patio door, replaced exterior access stairs and deck, repaired roof shingles, installed insulation it the crawl space, completed miscellaneous plumbing work, ran new electric for our HVAC system and "cleaned" up existing electric to meet Electric Code.

Description of Work: I had a deck installed by someone else but it wasn't done well. They installed all new rails.

Description of Work: April 2009, My husband and I wanted to add on a family room and a large wrap around porch to our home. I interviewed approximately 5 contractors and either they were salesmen for other companies or their prices were astronomical. I obtained several prices from the contractors ranging from $68,000-$120,000. Ron Sirolli came over to look at the job and give me a price. I explained to Mr. Sirolli what my husband and I wanted done along with the dimensions. Mr. Sirolli was extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field. He went over the plans with us and what we wanted. Sirolli told us how he would complete the job, drew up the plans, typed up the contract with a payment plan, and gave me the time frame from start to finish. Mr. Sirolli's team came in and performed the demolition with extreme care not to get any dust in the home during the process, framed the addition and wrap around porch along with matching the new roof with the existing roof and finished the addition and porch by running electric for the recessed lighting ceiling fans and porch railing, Sirolli finished the family room by running electric to double ceiling fans, recessed lights with skylights and a vaulted ceiling, installation of 4 windows including a large window with half moon arch and sliding glass doors. Two walk in openings from the living room leading to the family room, removal of an existing window in an upstairs bedroom to support the vaulted ceiling, installed sheet rock, trim and base primer. He also had his HVAC guy install a Samsung heating/air conditioning unit in the family room.

Description of Work: This is the second major project that I used this company for. They are fantastic!!! Mr. Sirolli did the design and after 5 changes to my plans.... they built my dream house! Well actually they remodeled my entire old house. I love it!!!! Projects of this size always encounter unexpected problems... these were handled and corrected and the was project still completed on time. All the people that this contractor brought into my home where professional and did a great job. One very important thing (at least to me) was that every night when they left they cleaned up and left my house in good condition. The project consisted of new roof, siding, windows, bathrooms and hard wood flooring along with everything in between. I write this as I sit at my new kitchen desk and felt like I had to share with everybody the wonderful experience I had with Sirolli Construct. I would highly recommend this company. They take such pride in their work and everything must be perfect to pass Mr. Sirolli's approval. If you are looking for quality, professionalism and a beautiful home.... this is the company to use.
