+ 0 moreGrossly unprofessional and unethical. Do not even think about using this company for septic service. Caught them red handed on an overcharge and instead of admitting their "mistake" they doubled down and claimed it was all our fault. Owner was extremely rude and obnoxious and told me to contact his attorney. So when I asked for his attorney's number, he just continued to yell and then hung up the phone.

He did a good job, and worked extremely **** ** it when it took longer than expected, because of solid muck in the bottom of the tank. Excellent perseverance and hard work by Keith! Mike made a no-charge service call and gave me a comprehensive evaluation of my current septic system. He clearly explained the current condition of the system and explained my options. High marks to Keith and Mike, as well as Jim in the office!

+ -1 moreI couldn't have asked for a better experience with such a huge job, a showstopper for a new homeowner. The office staff always took the time to help guide me through the process. The site workers went above and beyond, and were absolutely hysterical to boot! And FAST, holy smokes. This could have been the worst job of all the big-ticket things we had to do to this property, but it ended up being the best.

+ 0 more. From start to finish Paul and his crew were very accommodative and professional. They took care of the engineering, permits and inspections and were flexible with scheduling. The job was completed in just four days without much disruption. They took special care not to damage our sprinkler system and other landscaping. The area was raked and seeded upon completion. Replacing a septic system is one of those necessary repairs that we have always dreaded. But Paul and his team made the process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend DiMeglio!

They were very accommodating on scheduling us on short notice, they called the day before to confirm the appointment and then also let us know they could fit us in earlier if we would like. Our technician who came out, John, was on time, very friendly and very thorough and fast. This was a very easy service for us. Thanks, John and the rest of the team at DiMeglio.

The worker literally DEMANDED payment when finished even though the bill/receipt says and I quote and quot; All invoices due by the 10th of the FOLLOWING month after services are renderedand quot; My fiancand eacute; was extremely upset about the lack of professionalism and communication from this company, thankfully she did have cash on hand to pay. I conveyed this information to the company and they said and quot; we assume customers know to pay when the job is doneand quot; but admitted that I was correct about the billing info. When I proceeded to give them advice to let their customers KNOW and not assume...they hung up the phone.

My overall experience with them was excellent. The pricing was very good. Their punctuality was excellent, and their professionalism was very good.

+ -1 moreWe called to arrange septic tank service and spoke with Cindy, who was very courteous and professional. Service was scheduled for January 21, but a snow storm made the roads treacherous and service and we were delayed returning home from an errand and we arrived shortly after the DiMeglio truck had departed. We called and explained the circumstances and service was graciously rescheduled for the 23rd. Kurt arrived on the 23rd at the scheduled time and proceeded to pump out the tank. Fortunately, the tank lid was just below the surface of the lawn, so he had no difficulty gaining access to the tank. He pumped out the tank and then verified that the waste line from the house was clear and free-flowing. Kurt replaced the lid and left the lawn in approximately the same condition as when he arrived. We were impressed with Kurt's professional approach to his job, as well as his courteous attitude and demeanor. Kurt is a credit to his employer.

+ -1 moreThe quote was very high. He came back to me right away but he called and said he needed to do more research so he called me back later. Paul, the contact person was very arrogant too. He seemed to have knowledge, but it was the first person I called. I called more companies and they seem to give all the same information except that DiMeglio's price was drastically high. He knew lots and he knew the area.

+ -1 moreWe weren't exactly sure where the septic tank entry point was though we had an idea. He quickly found it, and then proceeded to dig to the cover which was 1 feet underground with lots of roots and hard soil in between. It did cost $65.00 for the digging. And there was some hard digging to be done. But they had informed us ahead of time that it could be added to our price so we were OK with this. John, the person that came out to do the work, was very knowledgable, answered all of our questions, and didn't rush through any of the work. There was also no hard sales push to get us to buy additional unnecessary services. We would definitely use them again. Price was reasonable.

+ -1 moreSeptic tank is located a good distance off the street but they had a hose long enough to reach the tank. The truck remained on the street. In the past another provider had to access the tank using a neighbors driveway. They were on time and extremely efficient. We are very pleased with their service and will continue to use them. Note: We provided the access to the tank. If needed for an extra charge they will dig the ground and expose the tank cover. They opened our exposed tank cover when they arrived.

+ -1 moreThe man that came out was very friendly. We had no clue where our tank was and he didn't make a fuss about having to locate it, we got lucky that he actually found it in minutes. Another company wanted to send out a guy and charge $100 just to locate it before they came to pump. The office staff was also nice and helpful.

Person doing the job was professional. Good job, and about 20 percent less than others out there with fancier trucks and gimics.

In order to save our septic system, we used DeMeglio's portable potty service for several months. They cleaned out the potty regularly, every Monday. They were reliable and on always on time. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreThe employee was very nice. He didn't do a great job with digging up the ground to access the system, so the grass in the area is pretty much destroyed now. I was also under the impression from the call I made to set up the inspection (and from the company website) that a complete inspection requires pumping out the septic tank and that they would do this during the inspection. However, that was not the case. Now I need to contact them again to dig up the lawn and pump out the tank after settlement for another $200+. I'm confident the inspection was done well, and that the employee did everything he was supposed to do. While not ideal, the lawn issue is OK. I'm just not real happy with the fact that pumping was not included, but I was led to believe otherwise.
