Description of Work: My fireplace and front brick steps needed new pointing and renovation. Mr. Cowan pointed out some real safety issues that I had, took pictures for me and fixed it immediately. Thank God. He is fair, honest and pricing was comparable to other estimates I received. He communicates well and keeps your informed. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: We had two badly damaged chimneys that needed extensive pointing and brick repair. We also needed a stainless steel liner for one of the chimneys. Bob was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: First Mr. Cowan came out to assess the condition of my chimney and liner to determine what was needed to bring the hot water heater connection up to code. He said the liner was OK, but we agreed the exterior of the chimney needed some repointing and sealing, and the chimney wall in the basement would have to be resealed after the heater connection was completed. The work was done promptly and neatly the following week. This company was a pleasure to work with.
