Your Bob Yackel sold me on your one stop shop and your ability to manufacturer and style with better grades of material and how it is put up with reinforced aluminum I beams in the gate posts. the price was great with the discount. You put up the wrong fence and then refused to work with me on fixing the problem. I have an email stating the exact fence I wanted. I was even willing to stay with the wrong fence and just requested that you put a rail across the top and you charged me to do so. Poor business practice.

Our church requested replacement of our antique wrought iron fence, demolished through many car crashes. Bob Yackle of All Vinyl Fencing responded immediately to the call of our Church Trustee Board, giving us a quote on powder-coated aluminum within 20 minutes after his visit. All Vinyl Fencing does way more than vinyl! He attended our next Trustee meeting, presented the project to our full Board and won over every Trustee! He launched the job with the company work crew precisely on schedule. The job is now complete, and our congregation, which includes many senior members, is very pleased!

During the bid phase Bob was clear and concise in explaining materials that are use, the installation process, company history, etc. It all made me feel comfortable with the process.
