Gutter cleaning was done on time. Downspout leak was repaired, but did not work. Will need rework.

I was looking for gutter cleaning service, contractor contacted me priced over the phone and came or the next day to complete the work. They were quick, clean, and get professional. Would hire again.

Tony, the manager, quotes a low price on the phone. Then comes and gives double the price. Then in the middle of the cleaning he adds things that i have no choice at that point to cancel everything. Then he pressured to fix the roof urgently because it leaks. More money and the roof still leaks. He will say in the middle of the job all of a sudden that there can be other issues etc to say i told you so after that and ask more money. I spent a lot of money here and things are not fixed. I would suggest hiring a professional it is cheaper and there is real warranty to the work not open-ended. This is very sorry because he sounds a nice guy and said always everything is special but it is wasting money.

The response was quick and they completed the job a few days later. Overall, we were satisfied with the cleaning of the gutters that the crew provided. They did not completely clean the sludge out of our gutters and said it would be extra which was not disclosed at the time we discussed the project. The gutters do run now, but they were not completely cleaned out which was disappointing.
