Great it was an easy lossless free install.

On time, worked one very long dog and finished the following dog-left the work area very clean.

The guys were a little later than I was told but started of very quickly, were friendly, polite & very professional. Everybody seemed to care to deliver a really good job. I was very happy with everything. They worked bed all day with only 1 short brake.

On January 3, 2016 my wife and I bought a Big Deal from Angie?s List. It was for a New Roof with Lifetime GAF HD Shingles for $6,499 from Premier Home Renovations. On January 8th Carlos, the sales representative came to our house to explain the details of what was included in the package. The package was for roof up to 2000 Square feet (which is 20 squares). Our house was 22 squares so that would cost an extra $649.90. In addition, Carlos told us that the package included up to 3 pieces of plywood sheathing replacement (if necessary). Each additional piece of plywood would be $50 (if needed). Carlos did look at the roof and told us that the existing roof did not have a proper drip edge along the gutter lines. Carlos did a nice job of explaining the roofing system, the process, and the warranty. He was very clear about what was included. It was a fast, hassle free experience. All we had to do was choose the color of the shingles. We signed the sales contract and Shirley, from the office, called less than a week later, two days before the roofing team showed up. She told us the roofing team would be there on 1/14 at 7:30 AM and the job would be done in one day. The guys were very careful about draping tarps over the gutters and landscaping to contain the mess. They ripped off the existing layer of shingles and found that 14 pieces of plywood needed to be replaced. I was not surprised because there was no drip edge on the old roof, which means water along the gutter line was rotting the old sheathing. They got my approval to replace the sheathing and continued. The men worked quickly and efficiently. They used a GAF roofing system that comes with a lifetime guarantee. We now have a proper drip edge and feel confident that the roof will last for many years. They worked hard all day and finished in about 9 hours (in one day as expected). They used magnets to pick up all nails that may have fallen to the ground and left no mess behind. As expected, since my roof was larger than 20 squares (i.e., 22 squares) and I paid $50 per sheet of plywood for 11 pieces of plywood the final price came out to be about $7,700. I think it was an excellent deal for a high-quality roofing system with a Lifetime (a 50 year warranty). We are very satisfied with our new roof and our experience with Premier Home Renovations.

Carlos was able to determine that the leak was at a joint between two roof lines. He made the repair quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions. Very pleased with the service provided and would hire them again!

We had 4 estimates, of which Premier was the 2nd highest (by a little bit). However, they did an exceptional job and the process was easy and straight forward the entire time. Bill was great, and we trusted him and we were right. There are less expensive options out there, but Bill and the crew were worth every penny! Thanks.

The crew arrived promptly. They worked diligently throughout the entire process. Very professional. They did a superb job at a reasonable price. My roof is beautiful and I am very pleased!

The initial call to the company was facilitated by Shirley, who was very nice, professional and helped to schedule a date and time we could be home for Carlos, who provided the evaluation of our existing roof, gutter and skylight. He provided paperwork, the estimate and honored our desire to read the contract and discuss our options after he left. He did not hassle or push for us to accept and sign the contract. Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough. During the evaluation he was sure to make the measurements to the roof and skylight so the estimate would be as accurate as could be. Carlos answered all questions our discussions, and during the phone calls to confirm the roof and gutter replacement. On the day of the service, for some reason the battery lost its charge, and I was not able to move the car. The crew led by Sandy was kind, considerate and covered the car with their tarp. They told me that "it's okay", (after I apologized over and over). Although not directly in their way, they still had to make sure none of the shingles, supplies or the Equipter hit the car. All members of the crew tolerated my questions periodically throughout the day, and were very polite while providing a brief explanation of what they were doing. All members of the crew knew their assignment, and worked throughout the entire day, with the exception of their lunch break. Carlos came to the house, went on the roof, and checked on the progress. The roof looks great, the gutters/downspout are great and the skylight replacement provides us with the new and fresh view. The shed roof has new and fresh look, with the old tattered shingles and damaged deck boards replacement. Carlos said he was present when the old gutters were removed so he could confirm if the soffit boards would require replacement. I told him beforehand to replace the wood if it was bad or rotted. Following the completion of the entire project, Carlos came to the house to be able to see the gutter that I inquired about during a follow up phone call. When I returned home from work that day, the tiny adjustment was made to our satisfaction. Financing was also made available to us if we needed it.

Dealt primarily with George Andreadis who was very helpful, quick to respond and accommodating. We needed work done on the Chimney so the roof had to wait until that was completed. The quote was honored 3 months after it was made. The work needed to be done before we started a prolonged vacation and George was very helpful in scheduling it around our needs. Once the work began it went rather quickly with a one day rain break. The old roof was stripped, several plywood sheets replaced, flashing around chimney was properly done (unlike the original that caused some plywood damage). The crew was fast and efficient and as careful as they could be to avoid damage to the decks (some restaining had to be done because of spike damage on stairs which weren't fully covered by tarp). Because it was springtime, the equipment used to collect the old shingles sank in the lawn and required some effort to pull out. Some reseeding of the lawn was required. Clean up was thorough with more than 99% of the waste collected from shrubs, bushes and trees around the house. Nail pickup was efficient, although a few nails rolled off the roof or the covered gutters after the work was completed. The driveway is gravel and the magnets used to pick up nails did a thorough but not unexpectedly an incomplete job of picking up small pieces of wire (used to link nails in the nail guns). Unfortunately that resulted in flat tires in all three of our cars, but I'm not sure that is avoidable with a gravel driveway. Perhaps the use of a tarp at the top of the driveway might have helped. We got approval (from the owner) to dump some paneling and wood from the garage into the dumpster. The crew was very helpful picking up some of the heavier items. I waited until our return from vacation to submit my review. Overall I was very satisfied with the job, the price and the look of the Timberline shingles.

Gustavo did a great job presenting his company. He was knowledgeable, professional, confident and courteous. my roof was leaking due to missing shingles. Gus claimed on the roof and covered the leaking spot with plastic sheet to prevent further damage for free even though he knew I could go with others. he did very well and no more leaking even with big storm after. He give me a reasonable price and answered all my questions. I finally went to Premier because Gus was honest and professional through our conversation. Sendy's team came my house early morning around 8:30 am and worked for whole day until they finished everything around 8:30 pm or 9:00 pm. They were friendly and hard working guys. They did a great job with everything including covering my windows, doors and clean up everything. Their customer service was great also. ever all, GREAT JOB

From start to finish it went extremely well. Bill Boon the sales person was extremely knowledgeable very friendly and likeable. I actually had a good time with young man. He did things other sales reps. did not do he walked all over my roof looking for bad spots taking pictures going up in my attic looking to see if the decking was bad from underneath. He even came the day of the installation and went up on the roof with the roofers and looked at all the decking after all the old shingles and underlayment was removed. The crew that did the job arrived early in the morning about 7:20 the supervisor of the crew knocked on my and introduced himself. Sendy was his name. They started in right away unloading all their equipment and worked straight through until the took a lunch break. Then went right back to work until they were done. They were likeable friendly and very professional. They did a great job with everything. Clean up was great it like they were never there. OH YES!!!!!!MY NEW ROOF LOOKS GREAT. LOVE IT. .

They were very responsive to my phone calls. They had some issues with a supplier so they found a better one which shows that they are conscientious. I did have to wait a little longer for the job to be start so they could make some changes to their work crew. I think this is a sign of professionalism that they only want the best workers for the best outcome. The roof looks great! They were very nice to deal with from the office to the salesman, Gus, to the crew. They cleaned up the work area very nicely when they left. I would recommend them to anyone.

Carlos was very professional and punctual. He explained everything in detail, and I was convinced I would be getting a high quality roof. The warranty is great; I got a letter from GAF certifying the installation. The roof looks great, and I would definitely use this company again.

It was excellent. They product was nice and they were on time. We were going back and forth and then we were able to get our schedules to align. They were very patient because we had some guests. They were friendly.

Excellent by all. Hard workers, skilled and competent. Job went well. Gutter subcontractor is returning to do some minor work.

Gus did an excellent job presenting the roof installation process with models and samples. He was knowledgeable, professional, confident and courteous. Comparing with other contractors, this was the most professional presentation. It was very easy to understand what the company will do and the warranty terms. With the promotion offer, the quote was very reasonable. The roof was installed in one day. The clean-up was not so great - neighbor complaint nails on her drive way. The deteriorated pebbles from the old roof shingles landed everywhere. The drop cloth was supposed to catch them but it was ripped and not functioned as it should. The roof leaked after the installation. The same leak at the same location occurred with the old roof ? so it was a tough one. They came out twice and fixed the problem for good. The office was very responsive whenever I called. Gus worked diligently consulting his boss over phone and working with the crew onsite to pin point the problem. I felt I was in good hands through the process. I will not hesitate to use them again for other home project.

Gustavo and Carlos came out on two separate occasions to provide estimates on a roof and windows replacement. They were always on time (in fact, they showed up early both times) and very knowledgeable about the products and the services to be performed. They took the time to walk us through the whole roof replacement process from start to finish so we would understand the different steps and materials used. They thoroughly explained what would happen and the befits of different roofing materials. Their pricing was competitive and they provided us with written estimates within a day or two.

It was fine they gave estimate just decided to go with someone else due to pricing.

Very prompt response and follow-up on the estimate and bid. Very knowledgeable and courteous estimator visited our house and inspected the job making sure he understood the scope well before giving us a bid. Followed up after the bid to see if we had any questions, which we did and those questions were fully answered. They showed up when they said they would, worked diligently through the day and a bit after it got dark to complete the job. Despite it starting to get dark, we didn't see them take any shortcuts and they still scanned the entire area for any debris left behind. We found virtually nothing left in the grass the next day. All the roofers were very polite and interacted well with us. A couple days later two fellows came by to do the siding work. Very skilled and professional and they made quick work of what needed to be done. Did a nice job on the repairs on the siding. We were completely satisfied with the job and very happy with the service. We had compliments from several neighbors about how nice the new roof looked. We would definitely use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had a great experience the whole way through. From the first encounter with Gustavo, to the work David's team of guys did replacing the roof, I was completely satisfied. If you are in the NJ area and are looking to replace your roof, I would highly suggest this company and Gustavo and David's team to take care of you and your needs.

Gustavo came out to see my gutter that needed repair.Upon gazing up at the rotted wood that was once my gutter he exclaimed "Boy it's high".......enough said! Said he would email a quote that night but did not,a waste of my time and cell phone minutes. Peter
