Marvin of Palacios Landscaping was very responsive (connected with me within a few hours of messaging on Angie's List) and came out to estimate the job that same day. His price was very fair and they truly did an outstanding job. I have a hard time remembering how awful it was before because it looks so good now. Finally we will be able to enjoy our outdoor space this Summer. Thank you Palacios! Highly recommend!

We have called I think 6 lawn companies to mow our yard this year. Only one has answered. Palacio's said they were coming by for a quote, but we never heard back. It is exhausting.

Marvin was very responsive and accessible via cell/text. We wanted to use leaf mulch, as it does not attract nuisance molds, etc...he did not have access to it, but he told me how much we needed and I ordered it separately. We had to reschedule because of weather (lots of rain this month) but were able to move our date to only a week later. His crew arrived in the afternoon on a Friday, and worked until late, then returned early the next morning to finish up and worked most of Saturday. Workers were professional, efficient, polite and respectful. I was amazed at the amount of leaves/brush/debris they removed from our property - the house hasn't looked this good in years! Highly recommended and we will definitely use again.

The job went well from start to finish. All material was removed and all work areas were cleaned up.

Excellent service, the owner and staff are very professional , my backyard looks awesome it looks better than What i actually expected , the price was great very affordable , also they are great at giving you ideas on how your backyard would look better and if you want to see it before they perform the job they Can make designs. Palacio's Landscaping performs excellent work, the owner is very knowledgeable, and their prices are reasonable. My wife and I cannot express enough how appreciative we are with their work. In 2016, we called Palacio's Landscaping to remove and grind several small trees including two large 30' Spruce Norways. During that period, we discussed a fence install. Since I had already made plans to purchase the material and do the install with a friend, I only asked for labor costs. Their price was fair enough that I hired them for the full 320 linear foot white picket fence. In June 2017, we called them back for a deck rebuild and after discussing designs, options, and pricing, we decided to do a paved patio. The patio came out great! Beautiful! Palacio's had removed the existing wooden deck, and built a 210 sq ft raised patio in its place and added an additional 250 sq ft ground patio beside it. The project was topped off with mulch and plantings. The most amazing part of this project was that they worked tirelessly throughout the week and weekend with numerous personnel onsite. Grass seeds were layed, yard cleaned, items hosed down. Best Landscaping, Tree Service, Hardscaping company I've met and as a Commercial Property Manager, I've met plenty. I highly recommend them for similar work and for every other service they offer.
