This was my first time using luxury bath njpa they did a complete bathroom remodel and I am very satisfied with the outcome. My home is older so there were some issues with the walls and ceiling. The planning for these problems were explained to me beforehand and when finished were very much to my satisfaction. All workers were punctual, professional and courteous. At the end of each day they cleaned up and removed trash. Work began on schedule and finished on time. I would definitely recommend Luxury Bath to anyone in need of a new bathroom

I was thinking about doing my tub for a while and after a few estimates, I decided to go with Luxury Bath. I couldn't be more impressed with the company and finished work. From the first phone call to set up my estimate, to the post install inspection they were nothing but kind and professional. If you're looking to do a bathroom you're looking in the right spot.

I didnt think i would have to make this review. We were so happy with the beginning of this relationship. They were prompt helpful and professional. Then came installation. The installers were messy, did a poor job from start to finish. Didnt even lay dropcloths on my brand new WHITE shower pan. It was just a mess from the beginning. Our toilet was broken and my husband was not informed. I thought that by the time they were finished i would be thrilled with the outcome. Sadly We were NOT. We tried to contact our salesman after the first day of mishaps and have yet to hear from him to this day! And it has been a month. We had the quality control guy Steve come to the house to go over all of our issues, he agreed with all of our complaints but then when we called to speak to him again he conveniently was on a leave of absence! This company is a joke with poor customer service and poor workmanship. This is really just the tip of the iceberg regarding our experience! May no one ever have to go through what we have!

Hi my name is John Pangalos and I live in Toms River, NJ. I had been looking to upgrade my standard 5' X 8', 40+ year old bathroom so I contacted Luxury Bath of NJ/PA, Bath-Fitter, Re-Bath as well as a couple of local other companies for estimates. By far, Luxury Bath stood out as the company for me "RIGHT" from the start. I met with all the companies about 6 weeks before I was scheduled to "snowbird" to Florida for the winter and explained to each 1 of them, that the work had to be completed before I left, no exceptions, no excuses. Only Luxury Bath would commit to a schedule and guarantee the work would be completed 100 % before my departure. I met with Rob from Luxury Bath on 8/17/2020. Rob, was on time, professional , respectful, highly enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable and personable. What I noticed the most about Rob, was his conviction that the Luxury Bath products and materials (especially the surrounding shower walls) were far superior to Luxury's competitors and I believe he is 100 % correct. He brought some samples and you could actually feel the difference. The "GROUT EFFECT" looked and felt more "tiled like" than the competitions. However, at the end of the day, Luxury's quote was quite a bit "higher" than some of the competition. When I say "higher"- I mean pricewise. I mean deceptively higher. For example, the competitor's quotes included shower rods instead of shower doors. Without any sales pressure, Rob took the time to walk me through the quotes, line by line, item by item, etc so I could have a CLEAR comparison with the competition's materials, products, & quotes. Still, once again Luxury came in a little bit higher price-wise. Rob went to work and offered quite a few alternative options, working within my operating budget' He found new incentives and discounts, negotiated, and provided me with 18 month free financing as well. At the end , for me, the decision became CRYSTAL CLEAR., the choice of LUXURY BATH was a "NO BRAINER". I was getting a SUPERIOR product and "VISUAL LOOK" for the same pricing as the competition but also with 18 month free financing. After that, the rest was easy. The next day Bill came to my house to confirm the measurements, contract details, and possible installation dates. Dallys from the office kept me informed weekly on the progress of the material delivery and the installation date. On Monday 9/29/2020, the work was completed 3 hours ahead of time (Luxury Bath guarantees the work will be completed in 1 day - about 10 hours). The INSTALLERS also did a a FANTASTIC job, removing all the old material, upgrading and replacing any piping, drains, sheetrock, materials, etc needed and leaving the house SPOTLESS when they left. I AM ABSOLUTELY THRILLED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP, PRODUCT/MATERIALS, & THE INNOVATIVE LOOK OF MY NEW BATHROOM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROB, BILL, DALLYS, THE INSTALLLERS, & THE ENTIRE LUXURY BATH OF NJ/PA TEAM. JOHN

The sales person definitely oversold the experience so beware. I think that sums it up. I have no problem whatsoever with the installer, he was very good; skilled and patient. The problem is Luxury Bath sent only one installer for a two person job that was scheduled for two days! First, the originally scheduled install date had to be moved because they didn't finish another customer's "one day" job. Ok, not too big a deal. Then, Luxury Bath sends a single installer who had to go up and down the stairs many times removing the old shower tiles, glass doors, base, etc. and bringing up the new materials in 90+ degree heat. A lot of work and physical exertion. On the second day, no doubt with looming heat exhaustion, a mistake was made in cutting the new panel. Does Luxury Bath have any of these panels locally? Nope. Now we have to go without the shower for OVER two weeks total while waiting for a new panel to be manufactured and shipped from the factory. Can we get it installed the day it arrives? No, you'll need to reschedule!!! (Note that at no time did Luxury Bath offer any "compensation" for the inconvenience of not having the shower for 2+ weeks) Sixteen days after starting, the installation was completed and it looks good. Unfortunately, the "grout" lines on the new panel are deeper than on the original two panels so it doesn't match exactly. Really?? Are we blown away? Nope. Did we get good value for our money? Maybe, maybe not. Are we happy to finally have our shower back? Yes. For the record, we have a second shower to refurb which was basically their business to lose. At this point, I think we'll try our luck with someone else. So, if you decide to go with Luxury Bath, make sure you can go without your shower for much longer than they propose and water down everything the sales person tells you.

It was great, The installers, Angel & Wallace worked very hard and made sure everything was perfect. They both worked 2 long days nonstop to make sure it was done exactly as it should be. Very pleasant installers.

Absolutely amazing transformation! We’ve been considering a bathroom remodel in our 105-year-old home for 3 ½ years and first spoke with Luxury Baths 3 yrs. ago at a home show. We also spoke with other contractors. We were initially impressed with their claim to “tear everything out and start of scratch” while mitigating any mold, mildew or rot and insuring everything was sound before adding the pretty stuff. This was especially appealing to us because, unlike other contractors we were considering, Luxury Baths wasn’t going to cover everything up. Over 3 yrs. later, we were in the financial position to remodel the bathroom and sought LB out at the same home show. The sales visit made the planning simple, with samples, advice and a friendly and professional representative in 1 visit. It was followed up with a second measurement and the order was made. On installation day, Anthony and Adam showed up on time and were very friendly, professional & courteous, clean and efficient. They kept us in the loop during the entire process! At the end of the process, we were left with a totally transformed room from the bones to the finishes as promised! All we had to do was put everything back in and use our new shower. LB and A&A did not take any shortcuts and did the project the same way I would’ve myself if I had the time the skill. We can step into our bathroom/tub with the confidence that everything holding us up is secure and safe, looks great, has low maintenance/cleaning and will outlast us! I’ve already sent over 1 referral and will send anyone I know looking for a bathroom remodel their way! We would definitely give them more stars if given the option! Thank you! Anthony & Eva D

Efficient, timely. The work done is beautiful. Very pleased with the product and the end product. Angel, Wallace, Anthony and Adam were the installers and preformed excellent work. Ian Boyd was the sale person, he worked with me to get to the price I wanted to pay.

I was so happy we contracted Luxury Bath. After using another contractor in the past, this experience was by far, so much easier and quicker! The price was right too! From the office staff to the workers who came (yes during COVID19), it was a pleasure working with them, seamless from beginning to end, which was such a nice change. I will use them again for my next project for sure.

Everyone was friendy, professional, prompt and on time. They were reasonably priced and I would highly recommend. A++++

They sold us an ill-fitting vanity and toilet. At the completion of the installation, the toilet was so tight to the wall that you could not lift the tanks cover without scratching the paint. This despite two sets of measurements being taken by their team. The vanity was placed up against the wall, and the sink top was installed in a completely asymmetrical fashion. It looked awful, with one side hanging over the edge in an imbalanced fashion. I tore both the sink and toilet out an had to have them replaced. As far as the "Micoban Shower", it looks cheap, like a kit that you can buy at a big box home improvement store. If I could give them zero stars I would. My wife hated the finished product so much that she keeps the bathroom door closed and uses our other shower. Horrible experience!

In October we contracted Luxury Bath to remodel our master shower and adjacent garden tub (they don't sell garden tubs but remodeled the tub pedestal and agreed to install a garden tub we purchased separately). Despite paying $16,598, this was not a luxury experience. We were expecting the work to be done in a timely manner, we expected a thorough job that reflected the promises made, and we expected a proper clean up. None of these expectations were met. Timeline - The job was estimated to be completed by December 8th, but wasn't completed until February 12th. We were told the initial installation was delayed until January 6-7 because of a damaged shipment. The glass door installation was scheduled for January 30th but due to missing parts it wasn't completed until February 12th. The entire process took 18 weeks--during 6 of which we were unable to use the shower. Quality - during the 2-hour sales presentation we were promised a thorough installation that would involve taking the shower "down to the studs." It is clear that the new material was laid over the existing tiles. During the presentation we were warned about the dangers posed by companies that simply put lining over existing tile, yet that is exactly what happened here. When I spoke to management about this he said they determined taking it down to the studs wasn't necessary in our case. Prior to this there was no discussion that taking it down to the studs was optional and at the sole discretion of the installer. - We also intended to purchase a frameless shower, and paid extra for what they called a "semi-frameless shower." In reality there is a frame around each portion of the glass with the exception of the hinged door that only has a frame on the bottom and hinged edge. The sales person did a very poor job of setting expectations. - There is also a 4 sqft bubble under the shower material. It's clear that either no adhesive was applied or it failed. When I pointed it out to the technician he said to "give it time to stretch out". After nearly 2 months it hasn't magically improved. Clean up - As the technicians were finishing up after the first day I came into the kitchen to find pieces of dry wall scattered around and a layer of drywall dust on most of the surfaces. When I pointed this out to them the swept up some of the pieces but I had to clean up the rest. After the shower door installation I found a razor blade left on the trash can in our garage near where our daughter gets out of the car. My wife stepped on a piece of leftover debris and ended up at a podiatrist. Again, far from a luxury experience. Recommendations - if this hasn't convinced you to steer clear at least consider the following recommendations:- Take estimated completion dates with a grain of salt. - Expect a lot of excuses--damaged shipments, missing parts, and misplaced emails. - Understand exactly what a "semi-frameless shower" is, most likely you'll be disappointed. - Get a signed affidavit from the sales person about the promises made. Ours told us that installing the 3rd party tub was included, but management later claimed that was not the case. They did eventually install the tub, but claimed that was only as compensation for all the problems.

Angel and Wallace were on time did a great job. Noise was minimal.cleaned everything hope they do phase 2. Scale 1-10 I give them a 10 job well done

The work was excellent. It was exactly what we asked for, and they delivered exactly what we have expected.

From the beginning, from the salesman to signing the papers when it was finished, it was absolutely spectacular! I've never dealt with a company that was so accommodating, professional, and pleasant. Any issues that came about, they went above and beyond to solve. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company.I would highly recommend them. Kudos to EVERY employee working for this company. I dealt with everyone from the receptionist, salesmen, installers, etc. I can't give enough praise to all the people involved! P.S. And I know I'm not allowed to write on my shower walls anymore!
