Initially I was only looking for replacing a tub that covered an old cast iron tub. The installers for Luxury Bath, Anthony along with Justin worked together with precision and you could tell they take pride in their work. I ultimately ended up with a beautiful remodel of my bathing area. I have upper body impairments. To accommodate me safety bars were installed with a chair anchored to the back wall. The shower hardware was installed low enough for my impairment and all new plumbing accompanied the replacement. I’m very happy with the quality of the installation. I highly recommend.

Mario and Chris did an excellent job with the installation, they were very professional and completed the work on time. Our new shower looks beautiful, excellent design, very elegant.

Sales presentation was excellent, thorough and knowledgeable and customer service oriented. 5 stars on a thorough presentation of the product and financing. Patient and willing to answer all questions and concerns. Install was done well and clean up was good but I am a bit of a stickler for clean-up. Granted these guys worked hard and were here about 12 hours so I get it. The walls were covered with dust from the demolition and after they left we found some small amounts of caulk or adhesive on the new tub. It was not easy to see. I was able to compound most of it out. I also found a divot in my existing drywall which I easily repaired and painted. This is probably nit picking but it prevented my from giving a 5 star rating. The really important point is that they were very knowledgeable and skillful in their work. 5 stars on the quality of the install but 4 stars on the clean up. I would definitely use this company again and overall the work was excellent. The product and install was head and shoulders above the competition. Well done. Thank you.

Joe and Ken were excellent. They arrived when they said the would and got the job done in a timely manner. They were very professional and payed great attention to detail. They cleaned up afterwards and left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. I’m beyond thrilled with the style and quality of the products they used. Luxury Bath is totally top-of-the-line. They installed a new shower and vanity for us. We are delighted with the outcome, and our friends rave over it. Phil the salesman explained their products and process thoroughly, then listened well and wasn't at all pushy. He showed a brief video of their factory in the Midwest where their products are made and their installers are trained. The floor-to-ceiling shower enclosure, trim and bench seat are of Luxsan™, their proprietary smooth imitation stone material. The Luxsan™, glass and everything are coated with Microban (R), which prevents bacteria growth so the surfaces are easy to clean -- just use Dawn and a sponge -- and won't discolor. The sliding glass doors hang from a sturdy overhead rail, so there is no impossible-to-clean bottom track. We qualified for 18 months zero-interest financing through Luxury Bath. Luxury Bath's process left nothing to chance. The contract spelled out the order details (colors, etc.) fully. A technician came out to firm up the measurements, and we received calls to confirm the order details. Installation was scheduled as soon as all supplies arrived. The installers (Ken and Joe) were extremely courteous and professional. They did the whole job in two days, cleaned everything up and disposed of the demo waste..

The entire process was very smooth, professional and greatly appreciated - from our sales representative Bill to Ray who previewed the job and Bryan & Mikahl who did the installation. Friendly , thorough and appreciated. The end result immediately after installation looks just as advertised and is great in appearance and looks completely functional.

Mark the service manager did an excellent job. He was very efficient, professional, accommodating, and cleaned efficiently.

Everything was good , They were polite and appear to know what is needed. They cleaned up after and gave me a good follow up instruction also they gave it to me in writing.
