I contracted with this company for a shower remodel. I needed specific documentation for my insurance company and had to follow up with the office several times and did not receive it. I was transferred, put on hold, etc. I tried the online chat and the operator would not provide the name of the franchise owner. She disconnected. It appears that the staff is very unprofessional and inexperienced. The sales rep does not follow up with the support staff and there is poor communication. It would be best to avoid using this company at all costs. They are a hassle to deal with.

It was good. They were prompt, clean, and friendly. Joe, Alex, and Steve are reliable.

I am more than pleased! They did a stellar job with my bathroom from the very beginning giving us all of our options. Three gentlemen, Dan, Chris and Sergio did the deconstruction and reconstruction all within one day! They were a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The follow up was great as well coming back out to make everything just right. Anthony was also wonderful to work with. We have only nice things to say about the company, we will highly recommend and use them, again.

They did a god job, they were great in cleaning up the debris after the service was done. They did an excellent work on the shower, it looks good and the shower is working great. They also repaired the downstairs ceiling that was soaked for a leakage for the drainage trap. I would consider hiring them again if I win the lottery, because the price a bit expensive.

They had to rip out a jacuzzi spa and rip out the shower that was next to it. They did all that in the first day and put in a new shower with a dressing area the second day. They installed safety bars, a seat, shelves, a rain shower head and a sliding bar for the handheld piece. They made it so much easier and even enjoyable for us to use! I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. These men did everything! They even moved the furniture I asked to make the walkway bigger and put everything right back when they were finished.

They were very professional, stated and performed exactly what was agreed upon in the contract with no surprises and gave quality work. I will recommend and use them, again.

They came in, were very neat, put drop cloths down everywhere, cleaned up after each day and hauled away everthing that needed to be taken away. They worked efficiently, came on time every day, worked hard and did an excellent job. It was worth every penny that you could spend to have your bathroom re-done. Their craftmanship is great, they are definitely pros! I have nothing but praise for them.

I commend the group of people that did the work. Luxury Bath delivered exactly what they promised they would deliver. Quality work done in a very short period of time. I would use them again and recommend their service without hesitation.

They came in the morning and removed everything in the tub area including the pipes that were leaking into the bottom powder room. They replaced all of the plumbing, facet, shower head, side walls and ceiling. By lunchtime they were half way done. By the end of the day all of the trash was removed and taken away. When done the bath was neat and the rest of the house was also clean.

We were referred by a friend who was familiar with Luxury Bath. We hired LB to remodel our bathroom because it was extremely outdated, had broken tiles, leaky fixtures and a lot of discoloration; it was just an old ugly bathroom. Doug worked with me to help design the new bathroom right down to choosing the tiles and design and explained everything that needed to be done, provided samples and was very through and professional. The crew that showed up to do the work were highly respectful, considerate, friendly and very knowledgeable. Due to the leaky fixture there were problems under the old tub and they repaired it not only quickly, but I know it was done correctly as well. My bathroom is now my favorite room of the house. It's such an amazing transformation and I will definitely have them back to do my powder room soon. If your shopping around for an amazing transformation, you need not look any further than these guys. I would recommend them to the moon and back.

My installers Mike & Joe were very good. They kept everything clean and made sure to vacuum at the end of the day. They made sure to ask me exactly where I wanted all of the fixtures placed and asked for my feedback after every step. Upon my last inspection, I was not happy with the way the bottom of the tub met the tile floor but figured I would live with it. What the installers did was go to the store and buy some additional trimming and put it up for me. I was blown away because I knew this was not part of the original agreement and they did it for no extra charge because they saw I was not completely happy. Thank you guys again! I will definitely tell everyone about you.

It went very smoothly. The installation crew showed up on schedule, they were friendly and polite, and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. They stayed a little late to make sure the tub/shower was usable within 24 hours, even though a couple of little odds and ends had to be completed on another day. One crew member came back two days later and finished up. We could have communicated a little more clearly from the start, which would have avoided a couple of problems. The crew hit a snag at one point because they weren't aware that we planned to redo the rest of the bathroom ourselves. They thought we were leaving the rest as it was, but once I told them we were planning to take out all the old floor and wall tile and replace all the fixtures, the problem resolved itself. The tub/shower and surround are beautiful! We chose the Arctic Ice surround and a gray tub, with several corner shelves for toiletries and two shower heads, one fixed and one handheld on a slider bar, to accommodate our 6'3" son, his 6'1" dad, and me, his 5'6" mom. We love it! The textured floor surface means we no longer need a vinyl floor mat, which I won't miss. We plan to stay in our house several more years, so the grab bars will come in handy in the future. In fact, they already have - just a couple of days after the installation, I woke up with a bad attack of vertigo and had to be hospitalized overnight. It's taken several days to recover my balance, so I've already started using the grab bars when I shower. So, don't think that grab bars are only for the elderly! Anyway, we really love our new tub/shower combination, and the experience of working with Luxury Bath was very good.

After a job that went bad from what I considered a reputable company with a great, low price, I decided to go with a company I knew would do the job right. When the designer, Phil came out, he was very professional and took the time to show me a lot of different options. I fell in love with one of there colors and took advantage of a discount they were offering at the time. I wrapped everything up within 2 hours of Phil arriving. The crew arrived with the materials to install the project in about 5 weeks. After they removed my current tub they pointed out to me some problems with my current plumbing. As I am not a plumber, I told them to do what they thought was best. After a lot of loud noise, I assume the issue was fixed. What ever they did seems to help because the new tub drains a lot better than my last one did and the water pressure also seems better but that might just be from a new shower head that I am not use to.

They were not the cheapest of the estimates I had received for the project. I did like the materials they used because it was different then what the other companies had shown me. I did not want a regular tile walls again because we had a leak that had been reoccurring for several years. I choose this route because I was impressed with how the product was installed with no grout lines. I also choose this product because it is supposed to be easy to clean. So far it seems that way especially compared with my tile but it is still fairly new so time will tell.

Luxury Bath is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. After many estimates, this was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations. They have a trust worthy, courteous, and hard working group of installers. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. While they were not the cheapest price, the cost was worth it in the end.
