We had a great experience start to finish. Dennis was our designer and listened to all of our questions and came up with a great design to meet all of our needs. The installation team was done with our closets in an hour and everything was installed perfectly. We’ve already recommended ISS to a few of our friends and won’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Adam's business is the epitome of a great product, fair pricing and excellent customer service. I used Adam's closet storage system in 2014 when I moved to a new house and decided it was time for professional closet help rather than the DIY method I've used in the past. The results exceeded all expectations. Now 9 years later with a different house I wondered could I track him down? was he still in business? does he offer the same great product, excellent customer service and fair prices? Fortunately the answers were Yes, Yes, and Yes. The installers were neat, clean and professional. The time between taking measurements and installation was about or less than 2 weeks, a time frame unheard of for custom work like this. And when I needed modifications made because some things you just don't know until you start organizing your closets, Adam's team returned quickly with no charge. No reason to look elsewhere if you want your closets organized!

The whole experience was easy and the results were perfect! To begin with, I was promptly contacted by Dennis who I worked with to create the design and discuss financials. He was insightful, patient (as I had many ideas), and worked with me until we came up with something that met our storage needs, fit properly with the space, and looked balanced and aesthetically pleasing. Rick, Fernando, and Daniel were flawless with the install, and could not be nicer. We even met Adam, the owner, who came to drop off and install a complimentary sliding belt rack. In addition, we decided to install flooring and needed to remove the bottom part of our closet, ISS came out to disassemble and reassemble for us! And it was free because you get one design configuration change within 1 year of purchase! :) That worked out! When I had to explain what we needed to Dennis, he was so great about it and had us scheduled with no issues at all. I can not say enough about the whole experience, very satisfied!!!!!
