CRAFT CARPET CARE

We used Craft to clean our chairs and carpet and they did a great job. Hired them to clean our grout and they did absolutely nothing but make a mess and take forever. They also knocked out a huge piece of grout and refused to fix it or acknowledge they were responsible. I had to then pay someone to come and fix it which pretty much killed any savings I made on the good price for carpet cleaning. They were rude, nasty and dismissive when I told them about the issue and he actually laughed at me...right before hanging up the phone on me. It's a shame because I would have continued to use them for my home but there are too many other professional people in the game, not worth the aggravation of saving a few dollars and dealing with nasty people.

Went well, on time!

The owner's name is Scott. I use him every year to clean my carpets. I use Scott whenever I need my carpets clean. They are my go to company. They're really good.

All of the carpets were clean and the smell from the puppy was eliminated. This is the second time that I used Craft Carpet cleaning. Both times, they were responsive, gave me a fair price, and best of all, the carpets were cleaner that i thought possible.

Scott cleaned years of dirt from our old carpets, plus the newer stain-resistant carpet in our family room. We had spilled half a bottle of red wine in there a couple of years earlier and thought we had cleaned it all up, yet over time a shadow of the stain reappeared and was getting worse. Scott got it out but warned that with the long history it may reappear, and in fact it did within the next week or two. I had him come back out to try again and he worked **** ** it with no extra charge. Three months have now passed with no hint of that stain returning. I was very pleased with his professionalism and pride in his work and plan to have him back in the spring to power wash our siding. (The price reflects an Angie's list discount)

He was able to schedule us within the week we called. He was prompt and neat. We are totally satisfied. Hint to others: if the weather is wet/humid the carpets may take longer to dry (2 days for us) and the suction may pull the carpet up in some spots but all went back to normal with drying.

Craft Carpet Care showed up right on time and finished my whole house within 2 hours. They moved furniture to clean underneath and removed tough stains on the steps. Great job!

Called on Thursday, and Scott was here on Monday morning. He and his assistant arrived 15 minutes early, and were efficient and thorough in cleaning the items agreed upon. Furniture was replaced on small blocks in order to avoid marks. Would highly recommend.

Easy appointment, team arrived exactly on time. Very friendly, quick, professional, efficient. 4 rooms, all carpets stretched then cleaned. All done in about 3 hrs. All rooms showed waves, everything now looks as new, all issues fixed. The perfect job! Fantastic experience!!!

I have used Craft Carpet Care two times in the past 6 months to clean and/or stretch carpets. Although I did not have any really noticeable stains on the 2 jobs, I was impressed with the professionalism of and care taken by Scott and his crew. I took apart and moved the two home theatre systems myself before each job, but the crew did move the furniture to do the job and moved it back after the job. I am pleased with the condition of the carpets in the rooms that Scott worked on and definitely plan to use the Provider again

I called and was able to make an appointment right away. The provider was late to the appointment and I had to call to see when they would be arriving. However, when they did arrive, they got right to work and I was happy with the quality of the work. They offered me a 20% discount for being an Angie's List member.

They were good. We did get 20% discount, they had a coupon. They were prompt, responsive, efficient, they were friendly and they did a good job. And the price was good.

They arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. Did a great job cleaning our carpet, which had a few old stains. Power washed our balcony, which took more time then anticipated, it's partially open, so it had a lot of mold from rainy weather this spring, but they didn't charged us extra for it. Very pleased with their service, highly recommended!

The guys that did my carpet cleaning and binding did a fantastic job. They were very polite and professional. They did a fantastic job on the carpet cleaning and the binding. They delivered the rug back to me when they said they would. They are just a pleasure to work with. Scott, the owner was fantastic. He came our right away because I needed it done pretty quickly. When I told him that I wanted the rug bound, he said that they could do it. It looked perfect. He even showed me a picture of how the rug looked before and after. It was really good. I told him I would use him again and that I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Cleaning went very well. He has some sort of generator/pump in his box truck. He ran two tubes thru my basement window for his equipment. I had already removed 90% of furniture from the basement. Scott cleaned top of carpet once to remove water, then pulled carpet back to remove and discard padding. Then bottom of carpet was cleaned. Blower was left for 24 hours to dry carpet. All trash was left at the curb. Scott also cleaned the bottom of an upholstered loveseat that sat in 6" of water. Since I called right after the hurricane, Scott was already booked for the next few days. But when he had a cancellation he was able to squeeze me in earlier.
