We had our old tired tub changed to a beautiful walk in shower , from beginning to finish Anthony and his crew kept us informed of each step in the process. From Laying Down dropcloths To Protect Our Carpet To Cleaning Up Both In The House And The Outside Area Where They Worked, the Job Was Done Professionally. The materials and workmanship Were Top Quality !!! I Would highly recommend Using Luxury Bath !!!!!!

Project was completed in a timely manner and from demolition to completion (in two days, as promised) everything they promised was delivered. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our new beautiful shower!

They were punctual and job was completed in less than one day. The finished product looks great!

Our experience with Luxury Bath was great. They actually contacted us about a month early and said our materials were in and they wanted to schedule our installation earlier than originally planned! The crew (Jeremy, Tony and Steve) arrived on time, they were friendly and polite, they consulted with us on a few questions, and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. They hit a snag when they found out the back end of our tub alcove was, literally, a brick wall (formerly an exterior wall before an earlier owner added on to the back of the house). However, they handled it neatly, and stayed a little late to make sure the tub and shower combo would be in usable condition within 24 hours. Jeremy had to come back a couple of days later and finish up a few odds and ends, and did a good job. As to the new tub/shower combo itself, we love it! We chose the Arctic Ice surround and a gray tub. It's very attractive and will be easy to clean. The textured tub floor takes a little getting used to - it's comfortable underfoot, but I'm still not quite used to no longer needing a vinyl mat underfoot. (I'll get over it.) There are a couple of small details we've realized we should have done differently, but that is NOT a complaint about the installers. They did what we asked, but we should have thought one or two details through more carefully. Mainly, my husband realized later that he had the crew install the shower curtain rod a few inches too low - I'll be hemming our new curtain before using it. Again, though, that is not a complaint about the crew. Just a suggestion for other homeowners to plan carefully. AND communicate clearly - there were a couple of potential problems that arose because the crew thought we were leaving the rest of the bathroom as it was. Once I told them we were planning to renovate the rest of the room ourselves, removing all the old floor and wall tile, that changed what they thought they'd need to do, and the problems were solved. Overall, we're delighted with our new tub and shower combo.

Ray was great when we met him at the home show. Anthony came out to measure and give estimate. Very personable, informative, responsive. Not at all aggressive to make a sale. Mike and Joe did the installation and arrived at the appointed time, protected my home with dropcloths and great care, worked efficiently, answered my questions, educated and did exactly what was promised. One minuscule glitch noted the day after installation and Anthony came out to remedy the very day I called him about it. Great work, men! Thank you very much for everything!

My 9 year's old shower was leaking. The grout was cracked and discolored. The sheetrock behind the tile was damaged and moldy. Their designer came and showed us all the options and we chose easy care, beautiful shower stall surround and rain-head shower head. Our salesman/designer was friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
