I had them install a walk-in shower. The two installers were Angel and Wallace. I couldn't have asked for any better. I never saw two men who were so focused and worked continuously for 12 hours straight. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and did an excellent job. My new walk-in shower is beautiful and the cleanup was excellent. Everything was clean and perfect. I would definitely hire this company again based on this exceptional experience.

They were very nice . Explained the full process. We are still waiting for the work to start. Materials had to be ordered before starting the work.

Wallace and Adam did a fabulous job. they worked 12 hours without a break. I was totally blown away when I saw the result. They are very good at what they do. Very polite and professional. Would definately recommend the company based on the quality of workmanship. Just finished last night so I will rate product after we have used it for awhile.

Absolutely amazing transformation! Weâ ve been considering a bathroom remodel in our 105-year-old home for 3 ½ years and first spoke with Luxury Baths 3 yrs. ago at a home show. We also spoke with other contractors. We were initially impressed with their claim to â tear everything out and start of scratchâ while mitigating any mold, mildew or rot and insuring everything was sound before adding the pretty stuff. This was especially appealing to us because, unlike other contractors we were considering, Luxury Baths wasnâ t going to cover everything up. Over 3 yrs. later, we were in the financial position to remodel the bathroom and sought LB out at the same home show. The sales visit made the planning simple, with samples, advice and a friendly and professional representative in 1 visit. It was followed up with a second measurement and the order was made. On installation day, Anthony and Adam showed up on time and were very friendly, professional & courteous, clean and efficient. They kept us in the loop during the entire process! At the end of the process, we were left with a totally transformed room from the bones to the finishes as promised! All we had to do was put everything back in and use our new shower. LB and A&A did not take any shortcuts and did the project the same way I wouldâ ve myself if I had the time the skill. We can step into our bathroom/tub with the confidence that everything holding us up is secure and safe, looks great, has low maintenance/cleaning and will outlast us! Iâ ve already sent over 1 referral and will send anyone I know looking for a bathroom remodel their way! We would definitely give them more stars if given the option! Thank you! Anthony & Eva D

Great job Rob, Will and Dylan. You guys did a fantastic bathroom remodel in record time. We are so happy with the work that we may start the second bathroom remodel.

The two technicians, Rob and Will, were very courteous and polite during the installation. They performed the remodeling from start to finish in a very timely fashion, and they kept the entire house from the outside to the inside very clean after the project was complete. They were also very professional and everything was done in a very organized manner. I would definitely request them personally if I have any additional work to be done in my home. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Very poor customer service and dishonest with delivery timelines. This was absolutely the most dishonest customer service I have ever experienced. I rarely write reviews unless I have had an awesome experience and want to praise a business. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review. I have been horribly disappointed I was guaranteed if I chose Luxury Bath over a competitor who had lower costs, they would expedite the work. They are 4 weeks later than the time of promised delivery by competitors-- 5 weeks past their promised delivery date. I had to continuously call them for updates, received not a single email or call once they got my initial. I pray the quality of work is better than the customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Luxury Bath is known for their shower replacements. Our shower never looked better. The only issue I had is with some of the finishing touches with the rest of our bathroom remodel. They swapped out our vanity and did not bother patching the walls before putting in the new one. There was also a minor plumbing issue with our sink. Luxury Bath did come back and address all of our problems on the third go around. The finished product does look great.

I am so glad I hired Luxury Bath NJPA to do bathroom remodel for my bathroom. They did an amazing job. Love the fact the Luxury bath team came on time and cleaned up the area after they were done with the job. Bathroom looks so beautiful now. Thank you Luxury Bath!!
