The quality of work for the money was outstanding. From the first consultation to the visit after to inspect there finished work Iâ ve been blown away.

Came as advertised. Cleaned everything up, done in one day, we were able to finance. Great quality of work ,very clean, and professional.

I am more than happy with my new showerâ it is beautiful! As a senior I really appreciate the safety features. The experience was great from beginning to end. Great people to work with... very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Luxury Bath to anyone needing a shower replacement.

Came in they were clean did their job. Thatâ s all you can ask for.

Caused flood, trim molding issues. Shower good trim off. Toilet good. Vanity Installation poor, floor trim poorly done.

Over great experience. Quick and easy install and was installed before the promised date.

Had several estimates from different companies over the course of a year. The materials they offered were sub par to Luxury Baths and they were more money in some cases. We were promised a specific install date and it was installed on time. Roberto and Dennis did a great job with the install. We are very happy.

The installers were good and the material looks nice but we had some issues. The corner shelves for the tub surround we requested were inadvertently omitted from the work order by the sales rep. We didnâ t notice (our bad) so now we have to have the installers return. Because we didnâ t pick up on the sales repâ s mistake we offered to pay for half but the company said that was not acceptable since they arenâ t charging us for the additional install fee, but $200+ seems a bit steep for 4 corner shelves. Also, the hand-held shower head I picked out (from their catalog) was not the one they installed. I was told that they had changed some items and since they didnâ t know what photo the sales rep had showed me they couldnâ t install, and probably no longer carried, that particular shower head. In hindsight, $9,000+ does seem a bit expensive for a new tub, surround and fixtures and, in the future, I would prefer to pick out fixtures I can see and touch rather than from pictures. I do like that this is an American company that makes itâ s products in the USA. That is part of the reason we chose them.

Great follow up and customer service

Liked the way they continued to clean up throughout the day. You wouldn't even have known they were here. Everything they promised was done and done in the time they promised.

We Liked that they laid down drop cloths, cleaned up after, and took all the debris with them. Roberto and Dennis were courteous and professional. They did an amazing job.

Work was done on time and In one day as promised.

The whole process was seamless from start to finished Marvin the salesman was not pushy and the installers Jake and Tom were both great workers and left the house clean.

They took care of all of our issues. They were clean and friendly. We did have some issues but they took care of them right away. They forgot our shelves On day of install but they came right back out to install them.

Too Expensive

Very punctual and cleanly. Wallace and jermain were quite the entire time and did a great job with the shower.

We did 2 projects with luxury bath. On the second bathroom we had a few issues. Our original tub was ordered to the wrong measurements and we had to wait 3-4 weeks for the new one. The wrong shower rod was ordered as well but after a few weeks of waiting we are very happy with the workmen ship of luxury bath. Angel and Wallace were fantastic.
