Dave was great did everything I asked of him and did not leave until it was 100% would recommend luxury bath to friends

We had our shower and tub redone and it looks great! After the initial install, I had an issue with a few areas where the caulking looked sloppy or wasnâ t fully sealing a gap. David came to the house and worked with me and really went out of his way to make sure it was the way I wanted it. While I wish the job was done perfect the first time there is something to be said about great customer service and service technicians. Thank you David

Excellent Recalling Service

Job completed in a timely manner

They are esy to work with. I called them about a small area within my shower that had mold growing and within a day they came over and fixed the problem. Now my shower looks brand new.

Dave, Dion and Roberto were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional technicians. Their skills helped us make final decisions during the installation and we were pleased with the outcome. We picked Luxury Bath because they manufacture their own products and did not have to wait for an item - Even the shower doors. The significant added bonus was having knowledgeable technicians do the installation. Now new paint on the walls and a big mirror will add the finishing touches to a great bathroom redo. Thanks guys

Just make sure you do not do damage to other people like you did to me with a leaking shower.

Very expensive. Products are cheap. Not what was presented to me at the presentation. Customer service is bad. Very very unhappy.

I had a leak inside of wall. I called to move start date up because of leak. They were understanding and started job early to address leak. Thumbs up to customer service

Ken and Joe were very professional . They did a beautiful job. And protected the area and cleaned everything before they left the Job.

After getting quote I noticed a leak in my ceiling I called back company and they were very sympathetic. They moved up the date of my installation. The two installers were Joe and Ken were fantastic. The found two leaks inside of wall and promptly fixed the leaks and then proceeded to do the job. Everything came out great. Very happy with the overall experience

The entire process was very smooth, professional and greatly appreciated - from our sales representative Bill to Ray who previewed the job and Bryan & Mikahl who did the installation. Friendly , thorough and appreciated. The end result immediately after installation looks just as advertised and is great in appearance and looks completely functional.

Ken and Joe were fabulous, they work diligently all day. They are a great team and they finished my two bathrooms in two days. Their work is exceptional and I would use them . I am super impressed with the way they were carefully bringing in large items and they kept their area clean. They laid down painters cloth to keep our floors clean and when they were done they cleaned up. Just a wonderful experience. Thanks guys.

Thanks to Luxury Baths we now have a brand new soaker tub, walls and fixtures. I personally didn't think it could be done in one day but it was and professionally. My wife and I want to thank Luxury Baths NJ/PA and Ken and Joe, the workers, for a job well done.
