Arrived on time, meticulous, paid attention to detail, worked to deliver a final product in one day and cleaned up all work areas before leaving.

We were so pleased with our first shower install last year that we returned to Luxury Bath to replace our hallway tub with a brand new shower. Joe and Ken were excellent. They arrived when they said the would and got the job done in a timely manner. They were very professional and payed great attention to detail. They cleaned up afterwards and left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. Iâ m beyond thrilled with the style and quality of the products they used. Bryan and Makai arrived early. Had a tub converted to a shower. Got right to business, explained everything, very well organized, great communication. Place was spotless when they left. Excellent job!!

Luxury Bath is totally top-of-the-line. They installed a new shower and vanity for us. We are delighted with the outcome, and our friends rave over it. Phil the salesman explained their products and process thoroughly, then listened well and wasn't at all pushy. He showed a brief video of their factory in the Midwest where their products are made and their installers are trained. The floor-to-ceiling shower enclosure, trim and bench seat are of Luxsanâ ¢, their proprietary smooth imitation stone material. The Luxsanâ ¢, glass and everything are coated with Microban (R), which prevents bacteria growth so the surfaces are easy to clean -- just use Dawn and a sponge -- and won't discolor. The sliding glass doors hang from a sturdy overhead rail, so there is no impossible-to-clean bottom track. We qualified for 18 months zero-interest financing through Luxury Bath. Luxury Bath's process left nothing to chance. The contract spelled out the order details (colors, etc.) fully. A technician came out to firm up the measurements, and we received calls to confirm the order details. Installation was scheduled as soon as all supplies arrived. The installers (Ken and Joe) were extremely courteous and professional. They did the whole job in two days, cleaned everything up and disposed of the demo waste..

Everything went well in my new bathroom/shower tub and love my new shower doors in my master bathroom.

UPDATE: Had my shower installed on 4/20/22 and I am very pleased with it. Kenny and Joe did the installation and were incredibly professional and tidy. Everything was completed within about 10-12 hours and they left my house exactly like they found it. I downgraded to 4 stars only because there seems to be a bit of a leak by the right hand corner of the shower door. I will be calling them tomorrow to see if they can send someone over to remedy this, when they do I will update back to 5 stars. Overall, excellent service, professional install, patient with questions, and respectful of my house! Great company. Just had my consultation with Rob and we put my new shower stall and toilet install into motion. He was polite and courteous and really took his time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything, especially the financing aspect. He answered all my questions and we also had a friendly chat to the point where I kind of felt bad because I know these sales calls cost time and money. Just from this point I feel I will be very satisfied with the final result, but just in case I will update when the project is done in a few weeks. So far, A+, thanks Rob!
