Mark not only did a great job he answered all my questions about cleaning the beautiful bathroom that was installed thank you we are very happy with Luxury Bath your product is amazing so much better then the tile we had it was so hard to clean.

Dave&Mark did an excellent job. Shower looks great and finished in one day as promised. Clean up was done very nicely as well.

Wow all I could say is Mark took care of everything and we are very satisfied he is very professional thank you.

Mark came promptly on time and did a fantastic job. He explained to my why the small issue with the grout happened and explained to my why there was no issues with water for my downstairs neighbor. He could not have been more professional and helpful. I was very stressed about this and Mark alleviated all my concerns. I cannot recommend Luxury Bath any higher. They are an excellent company. I love my shower install.

Their representative came and told me I had mold under my tiles. This was enough to make me want to do something about it. The thing was -he was lying to me. There was no mold-he just wanted to make a sale!!!!! He used a hand held device to hold up to the wall. Not being a plumber, I believed him. I thus felt I should do something about the condition and arranged for work. He told me the tiles would match part of the color in the existing tile jn the rest of the room. He did not tell me that it was a sheet of tile looking material that would be installed. I gave him a check for $8,ooo! He did not tell me I had only three days cancel the order! I cancelled in about 4 to 5 days. They proceded to charge me more than $5,ooo to undo the order even though they had not even come out to measure for the needed materials or ordered them!! I still have not received the refund of my remaining amount!! I originally told him that I needed a paper copy of the order because my computer had been compromised. He did not give me one! More than a week later, after I had cancelled, Doug Smith came out to measure for the project and left a paper with two other persons names on it. I am not sure why. Maybe it was a sample order form!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Rob was amazing and made sure everything was perfect! Kenny and Dave worked magic in my bathroom. They are the BEST!!! Highly recommended!
