"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"I initially just wanted my asphalt driveway replaced with paver borders. But as I watched how beautiful the driveway pavers were looking, I decided to replace my concrete sidewalk with pavers. John gave me ideas of the color to choose and it came out perfect. The new driveway and pavers look amazing. John and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. "Used Len the Plumber in Cherry Hill for the first time. Called at 8 a.m. and they had someone out within a couple of hours. Pricing was up front, so no surprises. The tech - Sonny - was great! He answered all of my questions and had the toilet repaired in under an hour. I was concerned that the 30-year-old toilet would need to be replaced but, thankfully, Sonny determined that the toilet was in good working condition. I appreciated the honesty! I would have given 5 stars but pricing seemed high - almost $400 to replace a $20 part."

"I'm writing this review before the work is even done, this says a lot about Justin and his crew. they are rebuilding my office/laundry room, yes that's correct I work in the laundry room :). it was in bad shape built in the 40's and was one big Draft with terrible windows, walls and doors. MAN these guys came in and gutted the place in one day and after 3 days we are 75 percent done, see pictures below.. had a bathroom done took 2 months, looks like I'll be done with in days.. JMW's crew is something I have not seen in a long time..they are persistent, so far doing GREAT work and most of all I have seen Justin at my site so many times to make sure it's all moving along. you don't see this type of dedication and quality work any more, everyone is give me the money and I'll get it done when I get it done.. NOT JMW these guys work and work hard..my new contractor for sure. PS don't let the age fool you Justin is the real deal. I'll post the finished product."

She experienced major plumbing issues over the last few months and was having a difficult time finding a trust-worthy plumber.
