I bought the water heater by phone yesterday, let Mike know, and today John picked it up and brought it to my home. I thought he was just dropping it off, but, he replaced it right away. That's good service for you.

10 minutes cost me $195 for 2 easy changes. I dont mind paying for the knowledge and work, but the price seemed very excessive. The parts cost could not have exceeded $20.

Mike actually picks up the phone (if voicemail is full, try again)! He realizes the importance of our time, and will get the job done. We had extensive re-piping (one day job turned into longer as more pipes were discovered) and Mike made time to finish it. No delays due to schedules. Furthermore, Mike is careful- brought the inspector on-site to make sure what he was planning would pass final inspection.

They cleared the drain and the tub empties now. They did a good job.

went to home adviser around 8am to find a plumber who could replace a broken toilet. delaware valley called within minutes and was at my home by 11am, was clean efficient. installed new toilet and was done within 1/2 hour. both he and his son was very nice. the cost was extremely reasonable. would highly recommend. *****

Mike replaced my leaking water heater the day of the estimate because it could have burst at any moment. He knew his stuff, was thorough, made sure all piping was up to code, and beat everyone else's estimates. The quality of work and professionalism far surpasses what you pay. I'd call him again for any plumbing problem in a heartbeat.
