Mike and his son responded right away to my request on HomeAdvisor. They came 2 days later to hook up my faucet and drain and repair a leaky toilet. They were running for about 10 min. late and texted me to let me know. I consider that to be superior customer service and they did a wonderful, neat, clean job. He was excellent!. The work quality was excellent. I highly recommend Mike and his son from Delaware Valley Plumbing. The previous plumber whom I used to use was not the most reliable and I got sick and tired of chasing after him. Not the case with Delaware Valley Plumbing.

Installed a new faucet for my kitchen sink. After he left every time I turn the faucet on I heard a thumping noise. I texted him twice and he has refused to answer my text.

He showed up exactly at the time promised. He did the work to stop the leak based on his initial diagnosis. But that didn't stop the leak. I am supposed to call him again. Even though the plumber is fair with his fees, if I call him repeatedly the cost is going to add up. So, I decided to try to figure out the cause of the leak myself.

Mike was very pleasant and did a nice, clean job replacing the toilet.
