Mike was on time and completed job as expected. Quality of job was very good. He is quite friendly. He forgot to bring receipt book with him, so he did not provide me receipt for the job he completed. However, he provided one year warranty verbally. He has promised to send me receipt by mail.

Mike, I am thoroughly impressed with your work that you did. I also thought that your price quote was reasonable compared to others which is why I hired you. However, for the kitchen project, we agreed on a price which you changed after a week or so, and then I agreed with your second price quote and but then when the granite guys wanted to coordinate for Saturday install, you had provided me with an additional quote for Saturday appmt. I agreed to that too. You said you will call me to let me know - I am still waiting for the call after 2 months. Stick to the price you quote first time.

Mike Bacon was the plumber who came today. He is the best! Capable, communicative, straight-forward, on time, and pleasant makes him my choice next time! He R&R bathroom vanity and top, faucet, and faucets in 2 other bathroom, and left everything cleaned up. Also picked up the new vanity, top and faucets at Home Depot which was a big help. I thought the fees were fair. A positive experience!

This company is competent and so far the fix is just what we needed. HOWEVER -- I made a simple request for our first meeting, which was agreed & then 100% disregarded. Upon completion, there was no receipt book in the truck, so like a fool, I paid upon the promise of a receipt to come -- guess what, no receipt (3 wks later)

Great Service !! Delaware Valley Plumbing was able to come on a short notice and arrived promptly at the agreed time ( Saturday 8:00 AM ) and finished the job efficiently. I do not live near my parents who are 85 years old. They needed a new toilet in their master bathroom. I found Mike at Delaware Valley Plumbing. He was articulate, up front, and quoted a very reasonable price for a quality brand new toilet with installation. He was on time for the appointment and he was very courteous to my parents. He even snaked the toilet line for 2 of their toilets without an additional charge. What more could you ask for in home repair? Highly recommended

An hour ago had Pressure Reducing Value replaced on our main pipe. Mike did an excellent job, right on promised time, very courteous. Would recommend him for the nice job. Price- better than most of them out there.

Mike was great. This was the 3rd time we'd used his services and he always comes through for us. He caulked our shower and helped us in submitting a claim to our insurance.

Mike was fantastic. Responded quickly to my request. On the morning of the job, he called to let me know he was running late. He was professional and fixed my old showerhead quickly and even adjusted it to make sure I still had good water pressure. I have hired other plumbers in the past but never felt comfortable having them return. Mike will be coming back for more jobs in the future. Highly recommended.
