We had a leak in our bathroom in the basement. Our toilet was loose but we did not think it was related. Mike came the next day and saw it was coming from the toilet right away. He went to another job told me to pick up a new toilet and to call him and he would return the same day to install. I calked him and told him I purchased the toilet, he came back earlier than expected. I left it in my SUV he brought it in the house, installed it and took the old one to the curb. His price was very reasonable And would use him again. He is very busy.

While replacing the kitchen faucet, he noticed that the dishwasher had hose was looking bad. Replaced it using a hose he happened to have with him--and did not charge extra.

Repaired cracked drain on shower / tub -- was out bright & early and completed repairs in timely manner. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Very courteous and professional plumber. Frozen pipes caused a leak and extensive damage in my basement. They came assessed the problem and immediately found the source of the leak with no additional damage to walls or ceiling. A bit expensive however they got the job done and was extremely thorough. I was amazed at the response on New Years Eve by Delaware Valley Plumbing and Heating, Inc. After filling out the online request at HomeAdvisor I received a callback within minutes . They were in the area and could stop by right away. Their estimate to repair a leak in a hot water line was very reasonable and the job was done within an hour.

I called at 8 am on a Saturday for repair of a leaking flange on my toilet. Job was done by noon that day. The first plumber I called quoted a price 6 times what I ultimately paid to Mike. Reasonable prices and prompt service is what I got and I am happy for it. Would recommend to my neighbors.

Mike was on time and completed job as expected. Quality of job was very good. He is quite friendly. He forgot to bring receipt book with him, so he did not provide me receipt for the job he completed. However, he provided one year warranty verbally. He has promised to send me receipt by mail.

Mike, I am thoroughly impressed with your work that you did. I also thought that your price quote was reasonable compared to others which is why I hired you. However, for the kitchen project, we agreed on a price which you changed after a week or so, and then I agreed with your second price quote and but then when the granite guys wanted to coordinate for Saturday install, you had provided me with an additional quote for Saturday appmt. I agreed to that too. You said you will call me to let me know - I am still waiting for the call after 2 months. Stick to the price you quote first time.

Mike Bacon was the plumber who came today. He is the best! Capable, communicative, straight-forward, on time, and pleasant makes him my choice next time! He R&R bathroom vanity and top, faucet, and faucets in 2 other bathroom, and left everything cleaned up. Also picked up the new vanity, top and faucets at Home Depot which was a big help. I thought the fees were fair. A positive experience!
