Mike is great! He solved a problem with my Hot Water Heater piping behind the walls that saved me several thousand dollars! He then suggested saving me more money by replacing my existing 75 gallon tank with a less expensive 50 gallon tank exactly like the one he used in his personal residence. He and his son came and removed the old one and installed a new hot water heater. They arrived promptly as promised and were done in a couple of hours. There was no mess left for me; they left the area clean. I tell everyone who needs any plumbing work to go see Mike for a great job at a fair price.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would! Mike is personable, professional, and VERY good at what he does. I had used him several months ago when our tub backed up,. Two weeks ago, I had a major leak in my bathroom and he was not going to be able to get to me for 2 days, so he referred me to someone else who came out that same morning to fix the problem. And I called yesterday about getting our outside faucets and an indoor sink repaired. He called that day and was here this morning to price it,, and did the work right away. The price was fair too. This IS the go to guy and company when you have a plumbing problem!! I am grateful that I found him on Home Advisor (which Rocks by the way)

Mike Bacon responded within an hour of my inquiry. He and his son John came to our home. John replaced a kitchen faucet while Mike dealt with a broken tub stopper. Both projects were done within half an hour, at a price much cheaper than another estimate we had received. Mike and John were both extremely professional and obviously know what they are doing. Would definitely use their services again, and recommend without reservation

Mike called me within the hour of my inquiry, came to look at my problem 45 minutes later, quoted a great price which was much lower than my other quotes, and he and his son completed fixing the broken pipe beneath my tile floor (jack hammering was necessary) by the next day. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs in the future.
