I posted my job on Homeadvisor at about 6:30 am. By 8:40 I had received a call from Mike Bacon, and by a little after noon he had completed the job - along with another one I asked him to look at when he arrived. Great customer service and excellent work!

They were very prompt, return calls in prompt manner

Michael Bacon contacted us quickly and was able to come over within an hour to fix the problem. He explained what the problem was and exactly what he was going to do. He started working immediately and took him about an hour to complete. Would definitely hire him again.

I contacted HomeAdvisor and immediately I had plumbers contacting me. When I arrived home my son stated the plumber had been there for an hour already and he was finished before i arrived home. My basement is water free!! I would have them return again.. Hire them!!

Delaware Valley Plumbing and Heating, Inc. is my new plumber. Mike Bacon was pleasant to work with, suggested ways to identify where and what may be causing the leak and work with me based on my schedule. His son, John, did the work and was very professional, was prompt, did and tested the repair, and cleaned up. Mike and John are very nice people far from some other repair people/firms I have used in the past. Highly recommend them.

I had identified what I thought the problem with our kitchen sink's movable hose; the nozzle had slipped off the rim retaining it on the hose's end piece. Mr. Bacon looked over the hose and nozzle and determined that it was sealing washing that was the reason for water spraying all over. Mr. Bacon and his son [who is apprenticing in the trade to continue the family business] were prompt, courteous, and more importantly for my self esteem, assured me that any ordinary person would have concluded, as I did, that the nozzle had slipped is retainer. The fee was extremely fair and much less than I had imagined; especially when faced with the prospect of water flying all over the kitchen if I had continued to try and fix it myself. I would/will hire Delaware Valley for any/all plumbing needs IF they arise in the future (but, hopefully not too often). They are an excellent choice for prompt, professional service at a fair cost.

Showed up right at appointment time. Was very professional. Work was done very well and clean up after was excellent. Went above and beyond (did not charge) for taking care of another small plumbing issue I had. You need plumbing work...this is the team you want!

They were prompt. They advised me that the work I thought needed done was not really necessary. They could have replaced things unnecessarily but they did not. They checked other plumbing issues that I did not call about and fixed them effectively.
