They made gave us a free upgrade and other made suggestions that worked out better. They were professional and easy to work with.

The consultant we worked with was very nice and personable, but made several errors: she ordered the wrong glaze for our vanity, she told us that Toto does not make rectangular sinks (they do), and she ordered an oval sink instead of a rectangular one. Luckily none of these errors was catastrophic or uncorrectable—the "wrong" glaze (which we didn't realize until the vanity was delivered) was close enough to be acceptable, and we found a rectangular sink on our own. Responsiveness left something to be desired--our phone calls were not always returned, and call-backs after "checking with the warehouse" often didn't happen. Our small project may have gotten lost in the shuffle of larger projects she was also handling. Except for the possibility that the vanity finish could have been a major disaster, these issues fall more into the category of annoyances than serious problems, but I think for another project we would look elsewhere.

Purchases, delivery schedules and returns all worked out very well. Although their prices were higher than we thought they should be, the quality of their products were flawless. We will be going back to Hamburg Supply to check out their kitchen cabinets.

They were very helpful and very good. We bought almost everything from them. They had everything available there and I got them all there. They are a little bit pricey but their service was good. They give value for your money.

We are currently waiting for the necessary part to be forwarded to us. I appreciate the fact that Hamburg Plumbing offered to call the Moen Faucet Co. on our behalf rather than telling me to contact them myself. This would not have occurred had I purchased in a warehouse store. Such excellent customer service is most appreciated.
