I had also asked him to adjust the water pressure, as the pressure was still low in the house) He took off the wires to the pump control, and replaced the wires with small pieces of wire without a ground (totally against the National Electrical Code) I asked him to replace them with the two wire with a ground to assure safety. He advised me that it will still work. These wire were not even shielded as they should have been. They were different colors, other than the black and white normally found in proper wires. He used single red and a single black wire without a ground. He then advised me that he didn't carry any wire with him, even though his bill reflected a charge of approximately $400 for wire that he did not have.When I again asked about the uneven water pressure, he then cursed again, and kept sparking my pump control, and I later found out that due to his ineptitude, had broken one of my circuit breakers to the well, which was previously intact. He charged me $600, for about an hours worth of work. I then asked him to come back to correct the bad exposed wiring that he had created, a fire hazard to say the least. I had to call him several times to repair the shoddy and unacceptable work he had done. He never even fixed the water pressure, but as a result of his ineptitude, I had to replace both the circuit breaker and another pump control, cost of time, money and travel that I had to use. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN UNLESS I TAKE THEM to COURT, AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE USE THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. I only used all F's for this company, as there was not a lower score that I could give them on this site.
