Akil came out and have us an estimate for my mom's house. He was very nice, polite and patient with my mom. The weather was not cooperative for 2 weeks but Akil stayed in touch with us until they were able to come up and put on the new gutters and downspouts. I would recommend them to anyone.

GREAT JOB!

This company was professional UNTIL we removed the underside plywood and realized the lack of honesty and the true work you performed. You were NOT honest with us. You charged us $2000 to rip up the damaged plywood, and the old roof, and replace the plywood due to the water damage throughout. All of this was explained before starting the project. You THEN proceeded to tell us that the beams were so damaged due to the water that they also needed to be replaced for $400. Where is this work? Proof of evidence is lacking, as we have seen the complete opposite of what we paid for. Nonetheless, this does not follow any sort of code and is a huge hazard in a home. You replaced half of a piece of plywood and refused to remove the other damaged, molded pieces. They are toxic to everyone that enters the house. You did not buy 2x4, instead, you cut pieces of wood and barely attached it to the rotten beam that should have been removed in the first place. Not only that but the beams are not even attached- they are resting on the metal frame of the entrance of the home!!!! I told you water had been pouring out of the ceiling fan for who knows how long. You proceeded by not removing the water-damaged plywood and covering it up with a new sheet. HOW IS THAT SAFE?! How can you leave a house like that and feel good about yourself and your work when you leave people at risk for their safety? This is unprofessional!!

Akil was very professional in his explanation of what work needed to be done. The guys that removed our old, failing gutters and installed new facia boards and aluminum drip guards were very good. They even informed us of a slight problem with our roof that another company did. We were then able to have the roofing company come out and correct it before the gutters were installed. The gutter installers did a great job as well and cleaned up after the job was done. They finished the entire job within 3-4 hours. Thank you for our new gutters!

I hired akil and he absolutely destroyed my front yard. First of all I asked him to make a walk way, I went out of my way and drew out a diagram of how I exactly wanted it. He disregarded all of my recommendations and did as he pleased. It took him two weeks to finally show up and start the project. Shortly after he left and claimed the job was done I extremely disappointed. The pitch of my side walk was 65degrees (extremely steep) no person can walk up and down them without tripping. My 80 year old grandmother fell and was put in the hospital on thanksgiving. (Stuffing was a complete waste) When I confronted him he said â looks good pay nowâ I DID NOT PAY HIM. I demeaned him to fix this immediately and he stopped answering me. He proceeded to yell at my mother and make a scene. He left all of his tools at my house so I am happily going to sell them on Facebook :) I do not write reviews. This scam artist should not be in business. I will do everything in my power to make sure no one uses this amateur ever again. .
