Stay away! We cannot believe Sam is not responsive to our calls and requests to finish the work we paid for!
Description of Work: Sam came to our home to repair a master bath shower faucet. He did the work for which we paid in full. $850.00! HOWEVER, HE DID NOT HAVE A BRASS FAUCET TO REPLACE THE BROKEN ONE SO HE INSTALLED A CHROME ONE FOR TIME BEING! Sam said a couple of days. It needed to be ordered. It has been more than ONE MONTH,! ( came December 20 .....today is January 26) He hangs up when we call to ask when he’s finishing the job. We cannot get a response! It is a 15 minute task and again, WE PAID ALREADY ! Stupid us!
